'Pool was closed by the health department due to cleaning agent residuals. There was dirty towels left in our room. We were only given 2 towels despite checking in 4 people and had to go to check in to request more. Very disappointed!'

'We had a non-smoking room and on our first night we had white smoke pouring through our bathroom vent into our room. The whole room stunk of cigarette smoke and when we went down to ask for another room the lady at the desk was super argumentative. No pool or hot tub as shown is the hotel info I reviewed. Was told they shut it down during Covid and never restored them after. False advertising, not worth the money at all. '
