Hotels in de buurt van Troon Beach (Troon)

'We wanted to cancel as our 10-day sailing trip from Troon was cancelled. No one from the hotel nor Expedia was willing to help nor cooperate.'

'The staff are most welcoming and helpful. They make you feel that they really care about your experience at the hotel. If I owned an hotel I would be trying to poach them.'

'Hotel kamer was prima, wat krakende vloeren, maar ja, dat hoort erbij. Eten, ontbijt en diner is prima. Mooi punt om de omgeving te verkennen.'

'Really nice room. Bathroom was lovely (some hairs in sink when we arrived, but not that a big deal). There was a wedding on in the hotel, with music heard thumping in our room until quite late (we’re not killjoys, but it was impossible to sleep and very loud). It would have been good to know this when booking, as we would have looked elsewhere. Called down to ask reception and they were dismissive and a bit rude. Also loud music heard in room in the morning as well.'

'Lovely stay at Ardwell Bed and Breakfast. Una and Morton made us feel very welcome. Facilities in room were good and breakfast freshly made. Morton even gave us a lift along to the village in the stormy weather which we are so grateful for. Would definitely recommend staying here'

'Very, very, very gooooood'

'Room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good with excellent coffee'

'Rooms where clean and well maintained. Sadly food was poor, we ate in the restaurant on the first evening, one meal was over cooked while my lamb was very chewey. Breakfast on day 2 was poor, they said it would be cooked to order but it looked and tasted like it had come from the buffet they had just cleared from a coach party. The staff were variable some abrupt and others went through the motions but werent enjoying their jobs??!'

'Good stay'

'A very clean and spacious room in an excellent location with on site parking. The host was extremely friendly and very helpful. We would definitely book this property again.'

'Great location, walking distance to everything. Spacious studio, modern and clean.'

'We just had one night here before catching the early ferry to Isle of Arran and it was perfect. Good location with allocated parking spot. Easy check in with clear instructions upfront. Well equipped room, nicely decorated and a comfortable bed. We had room 6 at the back, which was very quiet. Also convenient for eating out in town. Would recommend.'

'A fabulous hotel that goes the extra mile to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Extremely doggy friendly, with separate zones for guests unaccompanied by their 4 legged companions. Direct access to the beach, Ayshire Coastland Path further enhance the experience. I would definitely highly recommend The Waterside Hotel. Thank you'
