Attached to the award-winning Loans Inn guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch or an evening meal or enjoy a drink in the bar to unwind after a day’s exploring. Guests have access to Si Spa at sister hotel The Gailes Hotel and Spa which is only a 5-minute drive away with access to the thermal suite, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room with relaxation area. Treatments can be booked separately. Additional cost of £20 per person and passes are available from the hotel reception.

The two kingsize rooms offer plush bedding and ample storage, while the two single rooms are perfect for children or additional guests.

Troon, with its golden beaches and renowned Royal Troon Golf Club, is just a short drive away. The town offers a variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops, as well as a picturesque promenade perfect for leisurely walks by the sea. Golf enthusiasts will find Troon’s courses to be some of the best in the world, attracting visitors from far and wide.

A little further afield, the nearby towns of Ayr and Prestwick also offer plenty to see and do. Ayr, a bustling town with beautiful beaches and a rich history is home to attractions like the Robert Burns Birthplace Museum and Ayr Racecourse. Prestwick, known for its historic golf courses and charming town centre, is another great destination for a day out. Ayrshire itself is a region rich in history and natural beauty. A visit to Culzean Castle is a must, with its cliff-top setting, lush gardens, and woodland trails.
