'It was a really nice hotel! Located at the Marina you’re at all the best places within a 10 minute walk. Close to some great restaurants and shops & right at the reef docks. Room wasn’t that well cleaned upon arrival but it was definitely made up for the next day! The man who helped with the luggage is also a living legend!'

'We enjoyed our stay at Crystalbrook Riley in Cairns. The room was very clean, specious and luxurious. Our view of the pool and ocean were very nice and it was only 15 minutes walk from the main marina, where all of the restaurants and excursion boats are located. The pool was also very nice with nice views of the ocean.'

'I didn't know we had to pick up keys at Arrival in the harbour, so we had to wait until someone brought us the keys 20 minutes later. The pool isn't really a pool. It is a very small pool in the car parking and not in the sun. Don't call this a pool. In the 4 days we have been there I have not seen anyone making use of this water. But, great apartement, close to the beach, restaurants and convenience store. '

'Het complex is wat verouderd en de 5 sterren zijn naar mijn mening twijfelachtig. Geen portier aanwezig om te assisteren met koffer als je aan komt bijvoorbeeld. Ook is het binnenste van het hotel in de openlucht gebouwd, daardoor hoor je de liftbel continue als iemand tussen de 3 en de 9 verdieping op de liftbel drukt. Wij zaten aan ze zeezijde, daar heb je wel een prachtig uitzicht over de zee en de heuvels. Het zwembad is wat klein, verouderd en er zijn niet heel veel bedden. Als je er...

'We hadden een kleine maar comfortabele kamer met terras en uitzicht op zee. De eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk. Zo boekten zij voor ons een tafel in een nabij gelegen restaurant. Toen we de volgende dag 's avonds, we waren inmiddels op onze volgende bestemming, merkten dat we onze koeltas hadden laten staan hebben ze alle levensmiddelen in hun koelkast gedaan zodat we alles op onze terugweg konden ophalen.
