'We stayed at the fabulous Lido Hotel for 2 nights in December 2025. The hotel is located in central Santa Cruz, within a 4 block walk from Plaza 24 de Septiembre, and also a short 10 minute walk from the iconic Cristo Redentor statue. Check in was quick and painless, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a large attached full bathroom. The air conditioner did a great job of cooling the room. Breakfast was served each...

'The front desk staff was amazing! We checked in during a rain storm and the hotel had been hit by lightning and their computers and they computers were out. The staff maintained their professionalism and got us in a room quickly. Thank you for your help '

'It was Noisy, But all of Rurrenebaque is Noisy, There is probably no way to get a quiet room in this town It is a family run property, they do a good job of taking care of you and the breakfast is very good with Fresh Fruit and Eggs per your request. Only problem is one night we were locked out, but were finally able to call the owner to let us in. '
