The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a
self-catering stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge
with an ice and water dispenser, coffee machine, and freezer for added
convenience.

The lounge area is thoughtfully furnished with plush seating, a coffee
table, and a TV cabinet housing a flatscreen television with Canal Sat
(French satellite programs), a stereo, as well as WiFi internet access
throughout the property.

The property features a variety of dining spaces that cater to
different preferences and occasions. Inside, guests can enjoy a
beautifully designed dining space that offers a warm and inviting
atmosphere, perfect for intimate dinners or family gatherings. Outside,
the dining options expand to include a charming, covered terrace and a
spacious deck, ideal for al fresco meals in a serene garden setting
leading directly onto a sandy beach. Guests will have access to a

The villa has five spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom
and air conditioning. Three bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds,
while the remaining two include single beds.

islands with BBQ lunches on the beach, day trips to Ile aux Cerfs, and
more.

A Tourism Tax Fee applies to this reservation. This mandatory government tax is applicable to all guests staying at registered accommodations in Mauritius and is calculated based on the number of guests and nights booked.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Costal Road, Trou d’Eau Douce, Mauritius.
