'Vriendelijk personeel, mooi hotel. '

'We had booked the smallest room and it would be nice to had some hooks to hang something on. For the rest it was good enough for us. '

'We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! Everyone was so nice to us and the description on the listing when we booked matched exactly what was said. Didn’t even realize with the full kitchen we got everything we needed to cook, which is a huge plus if you want to stay in and cook a meal'

'Good experience!'

Comfortabele bedden.

'Incredibly lovely and welcoming staff. Very modern bathrooms. Fan supplied in the room which was very welcomed in this heat. Ideal for getting to Wembley arena'

'Heel erg gedateerd Hotel. Echt alles is aan vervanging toe. Hele vieze vloer bedekking.

'The rooms are spacious and clean. The curtains in living room were torn but only noticeable when drawing curtains open. Location is excellent especially if attending a venue at Wembley Stadium. Staff was courteous and welcoming. It was a bit pricey for the four days we stayed though. Otherwise, everything was great.'

'Reception was closed (for referb I think) and we were not able to get in contact with the staff at the hotel very easily, had to go to the shop next door and ask them to ring the hotel staff, phone number was wrong on this app, mine was too for some reason so this is a hotels.com issue really. Did try to communicate via the app to ask for the number but they were unresponsive after the first message where they said the reception was closed. Was very helpful when we did get in. Once we did get...

'I booked the room for just one night. The room was clean and even when the radiator was not working I called reception and they fixed it very quickly. Very friendly staff and helpful. I can recommend this place with no doubt'
