Discover this beautiful house located in a quiet area on the heights of Trouville-sur-Mer, in a privileged setting a few steps from the coast. Enjoy a peaceful environment while being close to the city center and all amenities.

The house has access to a private beach, a real asset to fully enjoy the Côte Fleurie in peace, especially during the busier summer periods. You can easily get there to relax, admire the sunsets or simply enjoy a moment by the water.

Open the windows and let yourself be woken up by the singing of the birds in this calm and relaxing atmosphere. Only a few minutes from the centre of Trouville-sur-Mer, this house is ideal for recharging your batteries while discovering the many charms of the region.

On arrival, you will discover a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, as well as a warm living and dining area with fireplace and television, perfect for sharing convivial moments.

Upstairs, the house has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and a second with a single bed. You will also find a shower room with double sink and walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet. The bedroom with single bed and the shower room offer access to a balcony with a view of the garden, also accessible by an external staircase.

Outside, enjoy a pleasant garden with a furnished terrace, including a relaxation area and a table for your outdoor meals. A few meters from the house, the private beach will allow you to fully enjoy the beauty of the Côte Fleurie, between walks, moments of relaxation and magnificent sunsets. If you wish to come with your pet, please ask us in advance.

To make the most of your stay, our room service offers a wide range of additional services: home massage, home chef service, wood kit, delivery of aperitif boards, wine testing (wine testing + aperitif board), car cleaning, bike rental, shuttle, and much more. Do not hesitate to contact us for any request before your stay.

On arrival, the beds will be made, towels and dish towels will be provided. We can also offer you the option of renting bathrobes and slippers.
Your concierge will contact you 48 hours before your arrival to set the schedule with you. She will give you the keys to the accommodation and will remain your main contact throughout your stay.

Arrivals are between 4pm and 8pm and departure is at 10am. Before your stay, you will be asked for a deposit by bank imprint (without affecting the limit of your card), as well as a certificate of civil liability.
