Great Week on Bull Lake
15 stayed at the vrbo with one camper. The host was very helpful in accommodating all of our needs. The location is great and the dock and beach are among the best on the lake. We will definitely be looking to book this property again.

Perfect Venue
My husband and I VRBO for our wedding and if was the perfect place. We ended up doing a VRBO with the house next door as well and it worked out perfect! We loved the how clean both places were and felt like we were at a hotel/house. They had everything we needed and more. Thank you for hosting our wedding. It made our special day magical.

Beautiful Lake Front Property
A lovely home with huge windows filled with amazing views. We enjoyed the open floor plan on the main floor. We could all gather there, doing a variety of activities and still enjoy each other’s company. Loved the extra suite for a quiet space and privacy when needed. The house is well stocked with everything one needs. Deck, yard and lake are gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Owner is very accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more.

Made our wedding perfect
We got married here 6.11.22 and it was just so perfect. Guests coming from out of town couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. The cabins were a perfect place to get ready (I brought in hair and makeup artists) and the bridal party stayed in the cabins. Amazing photo ops by the lake, the pavilion was perfect for the DJ and cake and dance floor, there was bathrooms available, the hosts answered every question I had very quickly. I 10/10 recommend this property. The only thing that didn’t work was the wifi but it wasn’t a huge problem for us.

Great Place for our group
We loved Bull Lake and all the great water activity options at this property (the owners had lots of paddle boards, kayaks, and kids toys galore). The house was a bit cluttered (and I believe no longer available for rental after this month...which is good because most closets and drawers were full of the owners clothes/belongings and didn't allow our group to really unpack for our week there). If the property is going to be only the cabins and "outdoor kitchen" in the future, know that there is no oven or stove in the outdoor kitchen and all hot food prep will need to be done on a hot plate. Also, a word of caution, beware of the very crabby neighbor to the south...she's a stickler for boundary lines (including what she perceives as the water stretching far out in front of her property). Overall a great waterfront property location

Great Labor Day Weekend
Property is beautiful and spacious. We had many friends and family and plenty of room for everyone including all the spacious bedrooms in the cabins, RV parking areas as well as grassy tent areas. The gazebo area was a great place for afternoon refreshments, the cooler was large enough for all of us to keep our food and drinks chilled throughout the weekend. The shore was perfect for all ages, water very clear and warm and overall very inviting. The dock provided an area for sitting, fishing, and jumping into the water. Evenings were filled with a gathering around the large firepit. We never ran out of firewood. The group enjoyed the time and everyone expresses their thankfulness to the hosts.

Another Great Family Reunion
This is a wonderful location for any size group. Last year we had 15 people. This year we also rented the neighboring property and had over 30 people. The location is very private and has its own beach on Bull Lake. It includes paddle boards, pedal boats and floats. There is also a larger pontoon boat that can seat 8- 10. This was our second year at this location and we have had a memorable vacation both years. The facilities are modern, well kept and very comfortable Definitely recommended.

Great way to spend holidays
We love Bull Lake in the summer for sure. Since we had to find a place to stay near Libby for a family Holiday wedding we thought why not stay where we have in the past and experience the lake in the winter. The restaurant across the street is an easy out for eating, but this time we cooked everything at the house and all the cookware, utensils, etc are right there. The home is very spacious and accomodates a big group if necessary. Martha and Neil are great people to rent from and are very helpful. I loved the stay there, hosted a few for quilting and hosted family at two different times during the stay. Recommend highly!

Bull Lake Reunion 2020
We LOVE this place! This was our first time, but we plan on coming back every year! Our 5 kids plus their families came to stay with us. We had 17 people ranging in age from 3 months to 50 years old. The cabins are SUPER cute and the house is beautiful. Sleeping accommodations were perfect! We did have a surprise visitor the second night we were there...a bat was hanging out in the room my grandkids were sleeping in! We opened the door and out he went! His visit definitely caused some excitement and laughter. The kayaks were a SUPER huge hit! We rented the pontoon boat for the whole stay and had a blast! Most of our time was spent outside in the pavilion/dining area! It has the PERFECT set up for outdoor dining and cooking. At one point we had extra family for dinner and the tables fit all 35 of us perfect! CANNOT wait until it's time for us to go back!!!!

Family Reunion
This is truly a magical property. Our group was comprised of 15 people - 13 adults and 2 children. There was enough space for all of us to social distance while providing enough space to come together as a group for meals and star gazing by the fire. Proximity to the lake was ideal giving both kids and adults for everyone to get a little water logged. Access to the canoe and kyaks was a true bonus. We will definitely be back.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Just a few minor disappointments... Neighbors were very nice but closer than expected, and we had dogs to watch out for, so just thought it was a little more secluded. The oven was never cleaned and kitchen was a little disorganized....had to really look for things. But we had a great time and enjoyed the availability of the pontoon and all the water toys.

Amazing Getaway

Martha and Neil were both great. We booked their lake front “compound” pretty last minute, but they got us all the info we needed. Plus, Neil was onsite to set us up with a great little pontoon boat. The property is terrific. My dog was very sad to have to leave.

Huge lakeside property
This property was amazing!! Everything was provided from kitchen to bathrooms, bath towels, swim towels, propane, firewood, kayaks and more! It was a beautiful location to relax with family!! Wonderful holiday weekend getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The home was very nice and had plenty of room for our party of 12 and our two fur-babies. This place would comfortably sleep twice as many. The lake was perfect for us. With 4 children, the shallow beach area was incredible. Everyone enjoyed the water activities and the wonderful barbecue pit. Wish we were able to stay longer. This is definitely a place we want to come back to.

Bull Lake rental ideal for large group
This property is top notch for a big group (or a small group). It has everything. RV, house, cabins, & tent availability. We had a family reunion with 50 people. Water is shallow by shore so perfect for children to play. Can rent a pontoon boat and they provide kayaks and a canoe for free. Water was amazingly warm. Excellent covered gathering place for meals with everything needed for cooking. Industrial sized refrigerator so coolers not needed. Nice clean BBQ available too. Owners responded quickly to our questions and pleasant to work with. We all loved it and plan to rent property again.

Fabulous!
Another hot, fabulous week at the Odegarde estate. We all enjoy it so much. Both adults and kids think it’s the highlight of the summer. Between visiting, boating and playing on the beach the time passes too quickly. The Odegardes are welcoming and relaxed owners who are ready to give a helping hand when needed. We had a large Family Reunion and this site was perfect! The covered pavilion was great for eating under especially when we had a rainstorm one evening. There were plenty of bathrooms and places to gather to visit. Fun was had by all!

Breath Taking.
We rented both houses on this property originally but had a hiccup with one of the houses. (Mother and daughter own separate homes) Having said that, both the mother and daughter were so quick to help us fix our problem and they made sure that we weren’t left hanging. WE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A MORE BEAUTIFUL LOCATION FOR OUR WEDDING!!!! It was so perfect for our wedding spacious, many fridges, grills, and fire pits. It slept many of our out of town guests and we heard nothing but amazing things from our guests. My only recommendation (and the owners do everything the can to prevent them but it’s montana by water) is BRING BUG SPRAY. They were not bad during the day but as the sun went down they started coming out more and more. Other then that, I have no complaints. Will be recommending over and over again.
