We have an event venue in this building, we may host events during your stay, ongoing construction in other parts of the building that may result in some noise during the business hours, and is planned to be complete by fall 2026.
House rules
1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee.
2. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other tenants and airbnb guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on week nights.
3. No pets allowed
4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products)
5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $150 late fee.
6. This building has an event venue on the top floor. We may have events going on there during your stay.
7. There is an ongoing construction on the lower levels in the building. Some noise during the business hours may be expected.
