This pristine mountain home is located in an outdoor enthusiast's paradise, with endless wilderness to explore by hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, snowshoeing, and skiing is right out your door in the winter at Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center, which also allows mountain biking. Rent and tie up a boat, kayak, or paddleboard to have countless lake adventures with access to a private dock at Tahoe Donner Marina. Guests will also have access to community amenities like a glittering pool, hot tub, fitness area, and a world-class tennis court.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, curling up with a good book by the wood-burning stove, or streaming a favorite movie on the large TV. Prepare grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table - perfect for family game nights. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom, boasting a private entrance to the deck, a vaulted ceiling, and a lovely en suite bathroom.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No sledding in the driveway, and watch for falling snow from the roof.
Drive way and the staircase is quite steep as well Please exercise caution with older & younger guests. Please exercise caution with younger guests.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are located on the back deck and above the garage door. They do not record sound.

Dock details: There is a private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina. Please bring your guest access cards. A $17 fee applies. Public docks are located along Donner Lake on Donner Pass Road.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
