'The Ship & Castle have a very welcoming team who looked after us very well. It’s right opposite the quayside, with temporary parking opposite the entrance Laos for unloading your luggage and then just a few minutes walk from the main car park. Lovely restaurant & bar views over the waterside! Our room had a spacious fitted bathroom and it was very well decorated and clean. The room itself a twin was a little snug, but had all we required. 'We loved the Hotel Tresanton. It was expensive but well worth it. We had room 26 which is very high so you should check the room number if you have any mobility issues. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was the highlight of our 24 day stay. Our server, Izzy in the bar was amazing. '

'Stayed 6 nights in this lovely hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful, very professional. Hotel location is in beautiful Roseland area, pretty central in Cornwall. Breakfast and dinner in hotel is a feast, very relaxed atmosphere with tasty dishes and amazing ocean view. Room is clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Parking is easy and plenty of space. 'Great stay in a room 11 which was more like a little separate home. Food quality was good and staff were nice. While overall cleanliness was decent, we had hairs in shower and over our toilet and my parent had some mess in their bathroom too. Really liked the branded ‘newspapers’ with the property details and its history, as well as the separate lounge downstairs.'
