I had stayed in this wonderful little house before, a few years ago. It's the same, and I just love that. Too many changes in everything, so I was happy to have some familiarity. I love the fireplace, and the sweet little yard, landscaped with an eclectic mix of yard art, cactus and beautiful rocks.The kitchen is cute, bright and well equipped for cooking. Big fridge. Laundry. Comfy beds. Everything you need!Theresa was a wonderful host. I hope to be back soon!It's a real nice place to stay. The sunsets (and sunrises if you're into that) are fabulous, the best in the world to my eye.

Once we tried a couple of alternatives to the instructions on how the mini-split climate control systems worked in the bedrooms (the living room was easy to navigate) the comfort level and all amenities were perfect. All rooms were clean and well appointed. We appreciated having the washer & dryer to rinse swimsuits after hot springs soaks. All appliances worked well. We were happy to have a kitchen with cookware, and Bullock’s not far for grocery shopping, as many dining establishments in T or C weren’t open Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Beautiful decor, and a very welcoming vibe.

Theresa's place is truly wonderful...very cute. We were in town for a family reunion and the rest of the clan opted for a huge lakehouse so they could all stay together but I prefer quiet and privacy. Theresa's cute place delivered.Everything was as she said it would be. Thank you Theresa! We will book again!

Cute but …

This is a cute little house in T or C. It would have been great, except it was not clean. The coffee cups were dirty, kitchen counters had crumbs behind the toaster, the bathroom sink and around the toilet were not clean in the bathroom. I have dogs at home and am used to some fur but the couch left us covered in fur. We had to put blankets down. The house was also 62 degrees when we arrived and it took a while to figure out the heat. Not a great welcome.

Bright, cheerful colors greet you in every room, a cozy patio with a really pretty cactus garden, and a roof that shades a table and chairs. It is a perfect spot for coffee in the am, meals and just hanging out. It was a quiet and peaceful stay, just what we needed.

My sister and I took my two little dogs on a mini holiday. One of my dogs is in hospice and we are just trying to make his end of life special. The cottage is adorable. It's one of the best things about T or C. The enclosed yard was perfect for my dogs. If you are going to Truth or Consequences I cannot recommend this property enough! They are truly pet friendly!

It was great after housekeeping took care of little messes and supplied tp. In general the place was pretty dusty. Would have like to know prior arrival that there were steps (I would have brought a cane) but maybe I didn’t read listing details thoroughly. Liked the decor, beds very comfy.

Cozy home

We loved the artwork and interior decorating. I loved the colors. Outdoor area is delightful and we fed the birds and had many bird visitors. Nice big fridge and nice stove. Kitchen is basic, but works fine. Mini splits in bedrooms are great. Neighborhood is quiet and location is fine. Just a little far to walk to town, but not a big deal. Very comfortable stay. And our cats did great, too.

Amazing!

The yard is so relaxing and beautiful! You have a full view of the turtle on turtle back mountain! The fireplace was amazing! Beds were so comfy! Rooms were so full of charm. My dogs loved the yard! Be warned there’s a lot of cactus in the yard. It has a nice little path. Minutes from hot springs, downtown. I wish we could have stayed longer but the home wasnt available! It was exactly what we needed! Thanks for hosting us!

Wonderful house.

We were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. The patio was heaven. I think we will be back. One small problem…the router could not handle the tv. Every To watch a movie on Roku, it buffered every 10 minutes.
