They are very careful in giving customers towels, bottle water. ..you must ask everyday. Totally different from last visit. In 2020, I stayed for over 5 days. The in charge lady came to each room to listen to requests. And gave out lots of bottle water. :)

Convenient to everything! Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, overall is good! During the stay, the weather was not good, cold & strong wind outside. The strong winds made some of the lift were not working properly, have to wait & wait the door closed tightly, then the lift moved up to my floor.

This is my second time stay during xmas eve, and with the busy seasons, the exceptional services Nina provided never fail us. The room is lovely with spectacular view and a birthday cut cake was provided as my other half's birthday. The room was well equipped, even came with a wardrobe room. One word, stunning!

The room was good except there was a smoke smell. We also asked for one bed but was given two, however we got a free room upgrade so that was nice. There was a bit of confusion at checkin because the receptionist wrote down a different room number than my room so I had to go back down to get my room number.

The cleanliness is very questionable. The whole hotel smells like either cigarette or heavy air freshener. Chaise chair in the room was full of stains, so does the dining chairs. The towels also full of cigarette smell. The services is not any better. Housekeeper entered the room while DND sign was on, made a call afterward to have them finish the room, never responded. Asked the concierge to help to make a call to send an adaptor to my room, and I was asked to make my own call instead. They called themselves 5-star which is really a mind blowing information. Understand Expedia room rate is nothing really special to them, but please do the minimum. Not sure if my room is actually what I booked, but I wasn’t interested in talking to any staff because they don’t seem friendly or helpful. The entire stay was a total disappointment. 2 stars is giving to the bathtub and somewhat convenience location.

Nina hotel Tsuen Wan west has an excellent location. It is connected to city walk which has numerous dining options. They can definitely have more variety of stores. It has next to a bus station and MTR station is about 20 mins walk. I called twice previously to put in a request to have 2 rooms close to each other because we were growth my elderly mother. Unfortunately, we were assigned to 2 different towers and I was told hotel is sold out. I can’t believe they couldn’t find 2 rooms together when they have over 1600 rooms. Checked in staff did not offer any other options for room move on a later date. When I first walked in, my impression was the room was really dark. Room was dusty. I could see desk on the bed boards, on the desk and the counter. The toilet had a large permanent brown stain. There was no outlet for the air dryer in the bathroom. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom. I was also told my room was not smoking. The cigarette smell was so strong on the floor, I could smell it in my room. Housekeeping staff were friendly and polite.
