'施設はだいぶ古いですが、清潔で、清掃は行き届いている感じです。スタッフの対応は大変素晴らしくとても居心地は良いです。周りは山なので自然を満喫したい人には最高だと思います。是非また伺いたいと思います。'

'What a fantastic place to stay. Convenient location from the train station And easy acces to snowmonkey parc. The food was amazing And the service level as well. They have an amazing bar on the roof. You sit with -15 in heated plastic iglo tents zipping from your drinks. The onsen Spa is big on the upperfloor overlooking Yudanaka And the mountains. The Room is huge. So wonderful stay And highly recommended.'

'Friendly people. Too bad extra charges were charged for using the Onsen. The onsen was nice though. Traditional stay, that was still comfortable.
Bus stop right at the hotel.'

'The Onsen was wonderful and relaxing, staff were extremely friendly and provided services like a pickup/dropoff at the train station and a shuttle to the entrance to the Snow Monkey Park. There was also a great view of the town from our window on the 4th floor.'
