'Booked a family room for 2 nights, and actually was suprised how good the room was! A lot of space, nice bed (blanket is only a no for me, not really soft), bathroom is also big. Celebrated the birthday of my hubby in this hotel, I brought some balloons and asked if the staff could fill the room with the balloons for me while we’re away. 'A nice, well maintained and clean property. The staff don't speak any English which isn't a criticism as why should they, but they did everything they could to help us. This was perfect for a 1 night stay close to the airport prior to going to Halong Bay. '
