You have at your disposal air conditioning, games, books, Ping-pong table, electric piano, internet + TV, 3000m2 fenced land that can accommodate pets.
The master suite on the first floor with a view of the vineyards, is equipped with 1 bed in 140 and 2 shelves for storage. It has a bathroom and separate toilet, as well as a closed dressing room. Bedroom 2 upstairs with a view of the vineyards is equipped with 3 beds 90, 1 bed 140, travel cot available and a closet. Bedroom 3 upstairs with a view of the vineyards and Mount Tauch is equipped with a bed 140, a closet and a dressing table. The first floor benefits from a separate toilet and a bathroom with bath, bidet and sink. A mezzanine equipped with a sofa that can be used as a bed in 90x120, a desk, overlooks the living room.
The living room and its 2 sofas (2 + 3 places) is entirely painted with the fresco of the landscape that surrounds you. TV+ hi-fi system + books.
The dining room with 3 sliding bay windows opens onto the 55 m2 terrace, equipped with a BBQ and wooden garden furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, 1 traditional oven and 1 microwave, toaster and electric kettle.
The garage in the basement can accommodate 2 cars.
Smoking is not allowed in the house, but welcome on the terrace.

A honey house welcomes you to reveal the secret of bees. Route 20 makes you discover its cellars, castles and estates offering you their wines aged in the heart of the Corbières. Ribaute lake, Galamus Gorges, Tautavel Museum of Prehistory, Fontfroide Abbey, Spiktri Street Art Universe Museum & Gallery, Red Train, Sigean African Reserve and so many other treasures are a maximum of 40 minutes around the house.
