Welcome to Casa Blanca! This fully remodeled single family home is the perfect mixture cozy and accessible! Furnished with everything you could ever want or need, but just a minute's walk to the funky boutiques of 4th ave and fun cocktail bars and dining of downtown.

Equipped with a fully remodeled kitchen for all your dining in pleasures, with all new appliances and cooking necessities. But if cooking isn’t your thing, no need to worry, the close proximity to downtown gives you access to a wide range of restaurant options from quick local bites like Time Market and 4th avenue *10-15 minutes walk* to more fanciful meals along Congress street.

There is a nespresso machine in the kitchen, or you can take the 2 minute stroll to Starbucks. If you’d rather try a local place, there is a cute spot close to downtown about a 10 minute walk called EXO *bring an appetite because they also sell some amazing baked goods*.

The property has a guest house/casita in the back, therefore please note that the parking *yes there is on site parking* and backyard area is a shared space. If you have a larger party and would like to rent the casita in conjunction with the main house, please feel free to reach out!
