The entire home and yard is yours for the duration of your stay. One of the storage areas is also available to you and has bike racks, a wagon, tennis rackets and pool floats.

The home spans approximately 1,600 square feet and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub. There is a spacious main living area, a formal dining room, and a dedicated executive workspace, making it perfect for both relaxation and productivity.

The home is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Highlights include luxury linens, a fully stocked kitchen, games, baby supplies, and various recreational equipment such as pool supplies, tennis rackets and balls, a weight rack, yoga mats, and bike racks.

For outdoor enjoyment, there are several seating areas. The master bedroom and children's bedroom each feature sliding glass doors that open onto a small brick patio with a chair. There's also a screened-in patio with two rocking chairs and a television. In the backyard, there is a dining area that seats 6 as well as another seating area with two rocking chairs.

The backyard gate opens to a walking path that winds around the perimeter of the neighborhood, providing a peaceful, shady place to walk.
