Miramonte Stadshuis in de buurt van parken en golfbanen

Weggestopt stadshuis in de Tanque Verde-vallei, 850 sqft 2 slaapkamers, 1 bad. Rustige buurt biedt een toevluchtsoord van een dag wandelen in het schilderachtige Saguaro National Park of genieten van een spelletje golf op een van de 6 nabijgelegen golfbanen. 15 minuten naar Mt Lemmon en Sabino Canyon.

Woongedeelte heeft een open plattegrond, een zolderplafond en royale ramen die uitkomen op een eigen binnenplaats. Grote slaapkamer beschikt over queensize bed met doorgang badkamer. Tweede slaapkamer perfect voor een kantoor aan huis is voorzien van een bureau en ligbed met uitklapbare onderschuifbed (kamer heeft een open ingang naar de woonkamer). Twee auto garage met extra ruimte voor fietsenstalling. Professioneel aangelegde tuin.

WIFI met streaming beschikbaar. Netflix-account is inbegrepen voor gasten.
We hebben ook nog een stadshuis in het complex beschikbaar als er meer ruimte nodig is.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect for us in every way. Easy access, quiet neighborhood and bonus of secure parking. Beatriz was very responsive to all questions and helped us with a portable chair for the lunar eclipse which, unfortunately, was canceled due to weather. I will look for this property for any future visits to Tucson.

None of the rave reviews about this place are exaggerated. The hosts are kind, communicative, and easy to work with. The place was spotless upon my arrival and provided just about every amenity imaginable. Check-out is very easy. Highly recommend.

Great location to explore all Tucson has to offer

Perfectly sized home on the East Side ( Tanque Verde area) of Tucson. We spent 60 days and explored all the sights of Tucson. It’s in a quiet HOA and just far enough off Speedway Blvd that we experienced no road noise. The home is dog friendly and perfect for a couple and their pet. Great green space in the association to walk your dog. Neighbors were quiet and the unit was one of the best stocked we have experienced in our VRBO rentals. Paper products, cleaning supplies and just enough dishware for a couple. Only downside was the high walls surrounding the outdoor space of the unit so sunsets were not available on the patio. But you’re close enough to Sagauro East park to view sunsets there.Lots of great dining on the East side as this seems to be a newer section on Tucson. Great grocery stores and a brand new movie theater. We loved our stay and will plan to return again. The owner is extremely helpful and great to work with.

Cozy and comfortable

Comfy and cozy place, had an amazing time and the house was great too. Loved all the amenities that came with it as well, it was located near a lot of fun activities and parks. Would definitely book again! :)

Great stay

Check-in was very easy. Host was always available to answer questions. Townhouse was clean, well-equipped, and convenient to shopping. Courtyard area was perfect for our doggie. Nice table and chairs to sit outside on patio after dusk. Neighborhood was very quiet. No through traffic, no noisy neighbors. Peaceful, yet easy enough to get into town. Even the lizards were mellow. Thanks!

Awesome Townhome!! Great location!!

This townhome was perfect for my stay. I was able to work remotely in a very quiet peaceful setting. The locking front gate made me feel very secure. Location to restaurants and stores was perfect. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Tucson for 2 People and a Pet

The property is located in east Tucson and has great access to cycling paths and hiking trails. It is perfect for 2 people and a dog if you have one. The only thing I would possibly change would be to replace the mattress and upgrade the bed to a king. However, overall a nice place to stay and we plan on staying there in the future.

Great Location in Tucson

Townhouse was in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to so many hiking, golf and social locations in NE and central Tucson (easy to get anywhere else too!). It was quaint and the perfect size for the two of us. Secure garage appreciated and patio was a nice place to read and enjoy a beverage. Open and very timely communications with owner. Bathroom and kitchen are on the small side and a little dated, but were well-supplied and worked fine for us. If you are sensitive to noise, the heating unit on roof is noticeable, but we quickly got used to it. We were in Tucson to enjoy the outdoors this winter with friends an family in the area. This townhouse was a great base to call home for our extended winter stay!

Perfect Place to Enjoy Tucson and Relaxation

Great property in very quiet, friendly neighborhood. Home vey clean and comfortable with open floor plan. Kitchen equipped for all our needs. Great place for traveling with our 4 legged family members...terrific walking neighborhoods. Communication with Amie was excellent for any question we had. Twinkle lights on patio quite relaxing at night when enjoying a glass of wine! Totally enjoyable for our long 6 weeks stay. Will definitely will return!

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful property in the perfect location! I always felt safe, the house was clean and well supplied with pots, pans, and such. It’s was the perfect space for our dog too (a big labradoodle). Communication with the property manager was always fast. I would highly recommend booking this VRBO!!!

Perfect location for our needs. Joan was wonderful. How was very clean, minus some dog hair? Maybe on the comforters...not a huge issue. We just didn’t use them as my son has allergies. All in all, very happy and pleased. Many thanks!

The property was very well taken care of and met all of our needs. We were especially impressed when there was a mechanical issue with the outdoor gas grill and the owner replaced it with a brand new grill the same day. The neighborhood and location were perfect for us and our dog and we would definitely try to rent again when in Tucson.

Great Property

Property was as described and was exactly as we expected it to be. Convenient location for travel within Tucson and area on a quiet street with no traffic (or other) noise. The patio and small garden with planters was a pleasant place to relax. Communication with Joan was excellent and she met us on arrival to show us round the house and gave us useful information about the local area and attractions in and around Tucson. We would not hesitate to stay there again if travelling to Tucson.

Well maintained

We travel full time and stay at several VRBO rentals. This home is clean and we'll maintained. You can definitely tell the owners/property manager take pride in what they do. We lived in Tucson for 17 years and came back to visit friends. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood in a great location. Right off of a major rode (but no street noise) so it's easy to get to almost any place you need to go. We come to Tucson at least once a year and would definitely be willing to stay here again.

My fiance and I enjoyed our 30 day stay here. We brought our three small dogs with us and they absolutely loved the yard. One of the neighbors did call the property manager and reported that one of the dogs was barking while we were out. It was frustrating, but not the owners fault. Regardless, we couldn't leave them home alone after that event. Overall we had a great stay, in this nice clean and conveniently located condo. Will probably stay again in the future, but will plan better with the pets.

Away from the Hustle and Bustle of the City

I stayed at this property for two weeks while looking at real estate. No complaints at all...……..cute little townhome with garage that was comfortable and safe. Nicely landscaped with trees and bushes and everything was blooming.....trumpet vine, verbena and climbing roses with hummingbirds galore. Nice small patio/backyard area to sit in the evening and look at the stars. I preferred this location in East Tucson away from the city...….although close to Speedway, no noise. To the east is mostly undeveloped desert, and to the north, Tanque Verde and the Catalina Foothills. Close to grocery stores and only a short drive to shopping and/or tourist areas. Good WiFi and Netflix provided.
