Sleeping – you will have a pleasant sleep on our queen-size bed or sleeper sofa with silky soft sheets, plush duvets, and soft pillows

Storage- there is a full-size closet plus a large set of shelves for plenty of space to store your items. If you need an iron and board please ask and we can provide one.

Bathroom- the bathroom is well supplied with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. It has a large stand-up shower stall with glass panel and panel windows up high for an open-air feeling.

Kitchen- the kitchen has a nice supply of coffee and tea items along with basic spices and oil. There are pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware. The dishwasher makes cleanup a breeze.

Back Yard- the sliding barn door opens to a beautiful, private backyard space. Enjoy the turf and desert landscape on the lounge chairs. Perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. Your furry friend will love this space.

Laundry- there is a stacking washer and dryer in the unit. We do supply detergent for your use.

Heating/Cooling- the home is equipped with a dual-head mini split ductless system. It is efficient and quiet and keeps the space set to your desired comfort. The home is very well insulated to keep the outside noise down along with keeping the space more comfortable.

Parking- there is a gated parking lot in the front of the property. We provide a gate code for your stay.

Pet-Friendly: Bring along your furry friend! We welcome one dog (up to 35 lbs) with a pet fee of $65 for stays of 1-3 nights, with additional fees for longer stays.

We are the owners and managers of the property. We are available 8 am - 7 pm. Outside of those times please leave us a message and we will get back to you asap.

You have one parking spot in the front lot and your entire home and yard.

You will be staying in a 5 unit complex. All of the spaces are short term rentals. If you are staying for more than 29 days we require a signed lease and a deposit.

Be respectful of the property, the home, and other guests while staying. We do not allow smoking or vaping in the homes or yards. Feel free to use the front lot to smoke.

We only allow one dog under 35 pounds (no cats), with a paid fee to stay with you during your visit. Dogs must be on a leash if outside of your space. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding. There is an extra fee if we find evidence of this.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect the other guests and neighbors and keep your noise level down.

We do not allow any events, parties, or filming on the premises.

We will require a signed lease and a deposit if your stay is more than 29 days.
