The home is best accessed by car, and we recommend having one during your stay for the most convenience. Free parking is available on-site, making it easy to come and go as you please.



While the neighborhood is peaceful and tucked away, you're just a short drive from local attractions like Sabino Canyon, grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area for those who prefer not to drive.



If you enjoy biking, the surrounding area has some scenic routes and bike-friendly roads, perfect for casual rides and outdoor exploration.



Other Things to Note:

🌞 Heads Up: Arizona summers can get hot! The AC system is efficient, but during extreme heat, it may take a bit of time to fully cool the space. We recommend allowing some extra time for the home to reach your desired comfort level, especially when arriving on particularly warm days.



🛋️ Sleeping Arrangements: The unit is designed to comfortably sleep two guests in the king bed. A recliner is available as a third sleeping option; while it can be used for resting, it may not be ideal for everyone. Guests are welcome to bring a full or twin-size air mattress if they prefer a more traditional sleeping setup.



Pool, Gym and Community Room Access: Kindly note that there will be a $200 replacement fee if the key is lost or not returned, as it’s part of the secured community access system.
