Come experience the Foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains and all that they offer. We are minutes away from your favorite pastime whether it be golfing, hiking or biking. Our quiet, ground floor condo is steps away from the access gate to the fabulous Ventana Canyon Trail and ½ mile from the renowned Loews Ventana Canyon Resort with two 18-hole, Tom Fazio designed courses. The El Conquistador - Conquistador Course designed by Greg Nash and Jeff Hardin is 15.2 miles (26 minutes). These are just two of the 40 or so public and private courses in the area.There are 46 hiking trails and 40 mountain biking trails within a 63 minute drive. Sabino Canyon is 2.8 miles (6 minutes), Catalina State Park is 16.4 miles (31 minutes), Rincon Mountain Visitor Center is 16 miles (29 minutes), Mt. Lemmon 37.7 miles (63 minutes). Cycling enthusiasts will have the most exhilarating cycling experience first climbing and then descending Mt. Lemmon. Listed as #33 of the 100 most difficult rides, the ride is considered a category “1” for the climb. For a more laid back approach to Tucson visit the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum is 25.4 miles (51 minutes) or the Tucson Museum of Art and History is 13.8 miles (31 minutes). Tucson also has numerous breweries and a distillery, not to mention all the fabulous restaurants and shopping opportunities!

Our beautiful, smoke and pet free condo has a fully furnished kitchen, right down to your favorite spices. The living room boasts a 65 inch television with cozy seating and bright lighting. The master bedroom has a king bed, 43-inch television, walk-in closet, and an ensuite, double vanity, with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a tub/shower. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The double french doors lead to the open patio which has mountain views and an electric grill. Screens have been installed if you would like to keep the doors open in the spring time to listen to the birds.
All rooms have hard surface flooring, with the exception of the guest room. High-speed internet is also provided, brand new furnace/ac unit, and entry to the unit is keyless (you receive a personalized code).

Amenities at Canyon View are resort style and include two swimming pools (open and heated in the winter months), two spas, a fitness center, a lighted tennis court, and gated access to the Ventana Canyon trail. There are also gas grills available in a common area.

Our condo is thoroughly and professionally cleaned after each guest and we require 24 hours between guests for increased reassurance.
