You’ll be close to downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona, local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and outdoor recreation.



Enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, explore Tucson’s vibrant food scene, or relax and enjoy beautiful Arizona sunsets after a day of adventure. The neighborhood offers quick access to I-10, making it easy to explore Tucson and surrounding desert attractions during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

- There are 2 designated parking spaces for you!

- Additional parking spaces subject to availability on the street

- Front-Facing motion detector & audio recording cameras outside the property and at the entrance for your safety & security.

- Train Nearby: This home is located in close proximity to a train track. However, we have taken measures to mitigate any potential noise disruption. We provide white noise machines and complimentary earplugs to help ensure a peaceful and restful stay.

- Highway Noise: Please be aware that the house is situated near a highway, and you may hear occasional car sounds when in the backyard. While efforts have been made to minimize any inconvenience, it is important to note this potential noise factor.

- Please note that parties of any kind are absolutely not allowed. We created a space to welcome you for a relaxing stay while visiting Tucson, but in order to continue doing so, we ask that you respect the property and the neighbors by being mindful of noise and treating it as you would your home.



🐶 Other Things to Note – Pet‑Friendly Perks & Policies

We welcome pets, but please follow these simple rules to keep everyone comfortable:

🐾 2‑dog limit (max 40 lbs each)

💵 $50 flat fee for stays of 5 days or less

💵 $15/day fee for longer stays

🧹 Cleanliness & Safety: Please pick up after your pups. For safety, do not leave them unattended or crated when away. Thank you for your cooperation!

For your convenience, please note the following guidelines regarding mail and deliveries during your stay:

Direct Delivery Only: Any mail, packages, or deliveries should be received by guests in person or delivered directly to the property doorstep.

No Mailbox Access: We do not have access to the community mailboxes, as they are reserved for owner use only.

Assistance Option: If on‑site coordination or retrieval assistance is needed from our ground team, additional charges may apply.
