Welkom bij Villa Blanca Mariposa, ideaal voor een ontspannen vakantie met onmiddellijke stedelijke voorzieningen, goed gelegen op slechts twee blokken van de Universiteit van Arizona, binnen een mijl van het Universitair Medisch Centrum, in de buurt van de Gem Show locaties, en dicht bij alles in Centraal-Tucson. Dit charmante jaren 1920 bungalow huis is gelegen in Sam Hughes, een National Historic Buurt, is onlangs liefdevol bijgewerkt, is licht, ruim en zeer comfortabel.
Deze volledig uitgerust historische huis heeft een complete keuken met een gastronomisch roestvrij bereik, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, mixer, alle keukengerei en gerechten. De eetkamer biedt plaats aan vier, en beschikt over mooie meubels. Alle nutsvoorzieningen zijn inbegrepen; zelfs kabel-tv en high speed internet! Its location is safe and snug near some of downtownTucson's most exciting attractions! Erica's communication was seamless. Simple details like the personalized scrabble memo's Erica left for our family in each room was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. I appreciated the popular eateries and Things to do around town that Erica provided as well. This home was more than I expected and the energy that filled it is exactly what my soul needed. Moreover, the amenities (AC, full kitchen, washer/dryer) furnishings, decor, books, etc added to the timeless atmosphere which made our stay too comfortable. This was such a wonderful stay for us! Our daughter was having knee surgery and we wanted to be close, since we live a distance away. This home was clean, cool, well stocked, convenient location to everything, thoughtfully arranged for guest comfort, loaded with little notes and gifts and special treats, comfortable, and completely welcoming. Erica was a fabulous, responsive, generous host. She has her roots in Tucson and knows the area well. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance, cookware, utensil, serving bowl, toaster oven, even a Kitchen Aid! You name it, it was there! We were blown away. It's like walking into a home you own! Erica is the BEST! We loved her and her kind and gentle demeanor. If you want a great place to stay, this is it!

Great spot in Sam Hughes area or Tucson

This is a nice cozy unit in a great area of Tucson. You are walking distance to the University and have access to a lot of amenities within a short walk/drive. Erica is an awesome host who provides lots of local area content and is readily available to answer questions or help with any issues that crop up. We will look to stay here again next time we are in Tucson.

We had a great stay with Erica. The house is in a great location and absolutely adorable. The outdoor seating is great, if the weather was cooler we would have spent a lot of time there. Anniversary Getaway

1920’s style

Erica is amazing! I loved the welcome we received and all of the amazing accommodations. My parents house was built in 1921. I love the original style of the house. The original hard wood floors, cabinets, and walls. Brought back so many memories for me. This home has everything you need to cook, do laundry, and so much more.
