Woestijn Morada Casita D

Desert Morada is ons nieuwste eigendom en is een van de 12 tuinduplexen gelegen rond een verfrissend zwembad. Alle units hebben een omheinde achtertuin, wasmachines en drogers, wifi internet en kabel-tv. Casita D is onlangs gerenoveerd met twee slaapkamers en een complete badkamer met bad. Elke slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed. Veel natuurlijk zonlicht komt door de nieuwe ramen. De omheinde achtertuin kijkt uit op mesquite bomen, een paar citrusbomen en woestijnlandschap. Een gated pand, het is veilig met geasfalteerd parkeren op straat in een rustige straat. Zorgvuldig ingericht, alle nieuwe keukens en baden! Beddengoed en serviesgoed / kookgerei inbegrepen! Nieuwe houten tegelvloeren overal. Gunstig gelegen, tien minuten rijden naar het Tucson Mall en geweldige restaurants. Niet ver van de Universiteit van Arizona en lokale ziekenhuizen.
Maandelijkse tarieven zijn exclusief elektriciteit - we brengen dat apart in rekening. Typische elektriciteitsrekeningen: winter $ 50 per maand, zomer $ 80-100 per maand.
Extra kosten - Wij rekenen voor extra gasten boven de 2 - dit is inclusief kinderen. Extra gastentoeslag is $ 20 per persoon per nacht. Laat iemand maar één nacht blijven, u moet die gast voor die ene nacht betalen. Wij brengen ook honden in rekening, geen andere huisdieren aub! De kosten voor huisdieren bedragen $ 5 per dag per huisdier. Als u voorafgaand aan uw reservering geen extra kosten betaalt, worden de kosten verdubbeld. Het organiseren van een feestje, het verzamelen buiten het huis, bruiloft, begrafenis, circus, babyborrels, verjaardagsfeestjes, etentjes enz. Zijn niet toegestaan en zullen resulteren in onmiddellijke uitzetting.

A gem

As long as you don't want to be in the thick of things, this is a great space for 2 to 5 people in the Tucson area. The property with 16 units is lovely landscape and very quiet. We were there in March so couldn't use the pool. For a place that's not lived in, it has the right amount of accoutrements in the kitchen including things like oil and foil that usually don't find in a lot of rentals. Plus a full size washer/dryer. Two king size beds is a fine and we were quite comfortable for the three nights we were there. Also enjoyed their personal recommendations on things to do in the area including restaurants. Had a fabulous meal at Wildflower. Communication was pronto when needed. There is a lot of paperwork to do to but that seems to be standard these days for these types of units. But as long as you're not sneaking in extra pets or trashing the place, you can easily follow along there rules including using the numerous coasters in the place. Would totally stay there again if I was in the area.

Casita on Calle Arizona

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at Desert Morada. This facility is beautifully landscaped and furnished. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to several shopping centers. Access to the walled complex is simple and electronic. The only problem was when the dishwasher stopped working, but repair was the next day.

Close to bike path and shopping--Great value

We spent 2 months in this property and really enjoyed it. It was our first time in Tucson and when searching for a place to stay, our top priorities were an outdoor space for our small dog and price. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was only a couple of blocks from the 100+ mile multiuse trail that goes all around the city, and was really close to every store that you could want--not even a block away from a major grocery store, (Fry's) and just a little bit farther to Sprouts--more of natural foods store. Within a radius of just a mile or two you will find Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Trader Joe's, Jo-Ann's, etc.and the Tucson mall with Macy's, Dillards, Penney's, among other typical mall stores. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. Although the location was super, the reason this category received 4 stars instead of 5 is the immediate neighborhood. Many of the housed on this street have large dogs that seemed aggressive and barked when you walked by which was scary enough for me, but especially so for our little dog. We ended up getting in the car and taking her to a dog park instead of a walk around the block. We appreciated having the parking inside security gates. The property consists of several casitas which circle a common space with a nice pool and several grills. The landscaping is especially nice. We were also pleased with the quality of the interior. The owners and managers of the property live on-site and were very responsive to our needs. Overall, I would say that the quality of the property is much better than what you might expect for the price. We thought it was a great value and definitely recommend it.
