Check out our Facebook page Woodland Water Tower Ranch! Woodland Rd 1882 historic ranch located in Tanque Verde Eastside Tucson. Ranch style setting with modern hotel accommodations. Enjoy the 12 acre property filled with Mesquite Trees, walking paths, swimming pool (not heated), outdoor grill, fire place and sitting areas. Hiking, walking trails and bike paths to Mt. Lemmon. Horse facilities available upon request.
Gather the entire family and friends for a fun filled weekend getaway. Relax with a 50' resort inspired swimming pool (not heated) and multiple entertainment areas including built in BBQ's, fire places and water features.
The guest ranch is a 3,000 square foot (3 bedroom / 2 bath) home. Reservations also include walking access to seven individual casitas. Each of the seven casitas are approximately 400 sq ft with spacious closets, bathrooms and porch lounging. Property easily sleeps up to 20 people. *** We have added additional casitas to allow for more friends, family or colleagues. Sleeps up to 30 people. Additional pricing for extra casitas and guest.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the views, bird watching and southwest desert wildlife.

The Perfect stay & Experience
😊My Son & Daughter In law booked the Ranch for my Grandson's College Graduation & it was perfect!
Kristen & Chris were so gracious & accommodating, they have an Amazing property, from private casitas for the guests, wonderful entertaing areas around the pool, bonfires, fabulous BBQ, swim up bar at the pool, multiple places to enjoy around the property. The main house worked well for all of us to gather for breakfast, visiting or just hanging out together..... the property is totally beautiful, peaceful and Chris & Kristen have done so much with it!. Just when we thought things couldn't any better, they would surprise us with another feature. From planning, seamless check it, days enjoyed, this was a totally wonderful stay for our group of 12.

Great Stay in Tucson
Our group of 14 friends and work associates really enjoyed our stay. It was nice having private rooms for everyone, the pool area was a fantastic gathering place with ample room for everyone. The owner was very responsive from time of booking through to the end of our stay, and while on site they checked in from time to time to see if we needed anything. Everything about our stay was very enjoyable.

Peaceful
We were there for our daughter’s wedding at Tanque Verde,(which is only about 15 minutes away) Not only is this ranch beautiful, it’s serene, and so peaceful. The calm we needed while stressing out about a wedding. It was not warm enough to use the pool, but we were able to catch some sun sitting around the pool area. Everyone enjoyed looking at the horse barn and the cows.
Kristen and her husband went out of their way to make sure our family was more than accommodated while we were there. We can not thank them enough for making our Tucson experience the best!

The Hidden Gem of Tuscon, Arizona
I recently stayed at Woodland Road 1882 Historic 12-acre guest ranch in Tucson, Arizona, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The moment we stepped onto the grounds, we were captivated by the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings. The property is meticulously maintained, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere that was perfect for our family reunion.
The owners of the ranch were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure that our every need was met throughout our stay. It was evident that they take great pride in their property and genuinely care about the experience of their guests.
One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, which was beautifully designed. Additionally, there were various gathering spots scattered throughout the property, allowing us to enjoy the stunning surroundings from different vantage points.
The presence of horses, cows, and donkeys added to the charm of the ranch, creating a true sense of rural tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere.
As someone originally from Southern California, I can confidently say that Woodland Road 1882 Historic 12-acre guest ranch is a hidden gem that exceeded all of our expectations. Should we find ourselves in Tucson again, there's no doubt that this is the place we would choose to stay.

Perfect Property For Large Groups
We had a wonderful stay at this property! We were a group of 12 professionals in town for a trade show. We found this property to be the perfect space for meals together but private spaces to rest. The pool area is amazing and the property is beautiful. The host is very responsive and generous in their communication and help! We will be back!

Perfect property for our group
We hosted a professional retreat of 12 adults at Kristen's property. It was perfect for us - everyone got their own casita or private room in the main house. We had plenty of common spaces for meeting and socializing. The property is beautiful, and we enjoyed going on walks and meeting the cows and horses. Kristen was extremely helpful and easy to work with, and often went out of her way to help coordinate deliveries and services for us, set up the fire pit for us to have bonfires at night, and was extremely responsive whenever we had a question during our stay. We were a bit of a high maintenance group with the all of the various logistics we were managing, and Kristen was nothing but kind, flexible, accommodating, and communicative. And even with all of Kristen's support, we still felt that we had a lot of privacy during our retreat. Extremely positive experience.

Great time at wonderful resort!
Our family enjoyed our stay, The property manager was friendly and very accommodating, There was a lot of space and we enjoyed the bonfire, gym, trails and feeding the animals. The place was clean and they provided all of the necessary accessories.
