Vind je ideale hotel in Tucson Mountain Park

'This is a beautiful resort in a quiet part of Tucson. For me the best feature was the hiking trail just opposite the property. Staff were courteous, friendly and professional. The food was excellent as well. '

'The overall experience in this hotel could have been better. The design and ambiance are charming, but there are too many points of attention. We felt that the room was not that clean (cleaned Some spilled water off the Floor with a tissue, it came off black). Spotted a mosquito corpse on wall. Staff could have been friendlier. Bed was alright, pillows mediocre. Expect Highway noise all night.'

'The room was not well cleaned at all there was dried human excrement on the shades of the window closest to the beds, The floor was not vacuumed and the table wasn't wiped down as there were sticky spots that could and should have been removed. It looks pretty online but it doesn't translate in person. The night staff didn't answer the phone so many times I had to come downstairs in my pajamas and it was only 9. Lastly I had to clean the pool before my guest and I could get in and there is bird...

'La alberca no estaba disponible prometiendiendo que estaria disponible el siguiente día y o fue asi, es uno de los principales atractivos de este tipo de hoteles y ni si quiera avisan para que uno se prevenga, pero si cobran el deposito como si todo estuviera bien por si uno no cumple las reglas pero ellos no cumplen lo que ofrecen en sus servicios'
