Directly across from 20 Mile Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee in Tuftonboro with unobstructed views. This four bedroom / two and a half bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to ten adults / fifteen guests. The front deck overlooks Lake Winnipesaukee. The Chandler Pedestrian Trail has an entrance near the front of the property.

This home features four bedrooms. The master includes a Queen bed with private bathroom with a large tub. The second and third bedrooms also have Queen beds. The fourth bedroom on the first floor has a King bed. There is another full bathroom and a half bath in the lower level. There are a total of three living rooms. The lower level living room has arcade games and foosball.

The property is newly renovated. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We provide air fryers, bread makers, rice cooker, Keurig Duo coffee maker that makes pots of coffee as well as single serve and a Nespresso espresso maker.

We provide all linens, paper goods, coffee for the coffee maker, and propane for the grill. There are beach essentials including kayaks, beach towels, and chairs available for guests to use during their stay. The free boat launch is just minutes down the road.

The upstairs living room has a pull out ottoman to Twin and a pull out couch to queen. The lower level living room has an ottoman to twin bed and a sleeper chair convertible to twin. There are two rollaway twins as well.

Max 10 Adults / 15 total people. We are pet friendly with $50 Fee only for pets registered at the time of booking. No unregistered pets allowed.
