Cute renovated 2 bed/ 2 bath for couples or friends!
Third stay here when in town for event! Always good communication with owner. Comfy and very convenient to most anywhere in Tulsa. I was there for event at Expo center and easy drive!

Very "Kool" Kottage!
Such a cute little cottage! Just the right size for traveling with a good friend; we each had our own space, with the common kitchen/living area in between. LOVE the decor! Very unique and clever.. The owner is FABULOUS to work with, too! The location is on a very busy street, so can be a bit noisy with traffic at times, but nothing horrible. We were in town for Tulsa State Fair, so location was absolutely perfect.

Cute, Efficient, Convenient
The property was clean and included everything we needed for our stay. Property manager responded to questions fast and was very accommodating and friendly. The location was great; very close to Expo Square for an event we attended, and close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Exceeded My Expectations
The accommodations were perfect for our needs for three adults attending an event at the Expo Center. The location was just minutes away. The two bedroom two bath property was fully stocked with everything we needed, including laundry facilities. The owner provided complete information regarding checking in and out and was quick in responding to any inquires. Overall our stay was a pleasant experience and would stay there again without hesitation.

Perfect space and close to everything.
Easy to message. Any questions I had were quickly answered. Only issue I encountered was and it wasn't a big problem but the shower had zero pressure. ( I have long curly hair) But everything else was great.

Sorry about the water pressure, Debra. Several neighborhoods in midtown experience that issue since the pipes are older. Part of the charm of the vintage experience 😊

Tulsa Horse Show Week
Kottage was just as described, clean, and the perfect location to get to our show at Expo Square. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was kind when we thought we were locked out. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

This is a great spot!
We stayed at this home with another couple when we were in town for the PGA tournament. It was perfect for our needs and exactly as described. It was really nice for each couple to have their own bathroom and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Like Grandma’s house but better
We very much enjoyed our stay at this little house with our friends. We each had plenty of privacy. The beds were comfy and lots of amenities provided. We enjoyed being near Route 66 restaurants and antique shops.

We came for a horse show. It’s so close to the fairgrounds we could run home for snacks or just a break from the heat. Owner was great and answered all questions very quickly. Clean, neat, had all the supplies and little extras. Would def stay here again.

Needed to getaway, ended up in Tulsa!
Decided to take a LAST MINUTE retreat to Tulsa for a change of scenery. This adorable home was the first option when I did a quick vrbo search. Have to admit was shocked to find such a gem and a little skeptical but was beyond impressed upon arrival! We received instructions well in advance so check in was simple and easy. Linda has this place decorated so beautifully! All the colors inspire feelings of happiness and tranquility. This rental was spotless! I am very sensitive to overly fragrant cleaning supplies and detergents and had ZERO problems with this rental. For those who have strict diets and need to prepare their meals, Linda has you covered. This kitchen is fully stocked! No paper plates required. The washer and dryer are a huge bonus if you are traveling with kids or have an extended stay and pack light. Location was great. We were no more than 10 mins away from everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Linda!

Wonderfully updated 2BR/2BA home perfect for our Tulsa pilgrimage. Perfect for two adult couples or family with children. Kitchen and sitting area was just right for evening debrief, meals and games. We had a pleasant time in Tulsa. The owner was responsive and friendly. Her cleaning crew did not do a great job prior to our arrival, but it appears this not the norm, so next time, just make sure she is able to check the apartment prior to your arrival. Location is good and relatively close to all attractions.

Family Reunion
What a wonderful home!!! We went to Tulsa to visit my husbands sister and brother. We opted for this wonderful establishment so I could cook for my in laws, play board games, and hear family childhood stories. This home was lovely and down the block from Tully’s an awesome diner and plenty of shopping to buy groceries. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We’ll book this unit again and again!!!

Quaint Cottage
Our stay was most enjoyable in the clean and comfortable cottage. It is quantity decorated and the kitchen was well-suited for our meal preparation. The cottage is conveniently located near shopping and only a 10 minute drive to the airport or to downtown. Although the weather was less than ideal during our stay, we enjoyed getting out and exploring northeastern Oklahoma despite the inclement weather (rainy, windy and cool). Linda has done a splendid job in refurbishing the cottage and we would highly recommend it for a visit to Tulsa.

Cozy cottage!
We had a great time at Linda’s place. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for one to two people. She is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Cottage cute and convenient
The cottage was nice to stay in and is in a convenient location. The bedroom/bathrooms separated by the kitchen and living areas is nice from a privacy perspective. The front bedroom can be a little noisy from a traffic perspective. However the person in that room uses a CPAP machine and wasn't bothered by the noise. We had a minor issue during our stay and contacted the owner. Everything was taken care of. I would recommend this property.

Convenient to the State Fairgrounds
Adorable house, very clean, easy access to State Fair and airport. Its on a busy street so we needed to watch the dogs carefully. Owner very responsive to questions. This is a charming older home, perfect for any activities at the Fairgrounds and surrounding areas. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything needed for morning coffee or tea. Would stay again if we are in the area

Excellent stay
Katie was a great host. The check in process was easy breezy once we arrived. The duplex is so cute, comfy and cozy! Newly renovated and had some cute decor. The house was super clean and very well equipped with everything you may need. The beds were so comfy one is firm and the other is not so firm so you will have a good nights sleep. Overall stay was great would definitely stay here again.
