The host was amazing and more than accommodating. Loved the fact that she had everything we needed. Especially the coffee and creamer and most importantly the toilet paper. We also loved It was easy to get to and close to the BOK. We will definitely be back.

We had some problems

Upon arrival, the property was unlocked -which may have been our first hint that the electronic keypad lock may have had some issues. The keypad died on us and we found it in the middle of the night, and the host was unresponsive until we got in contact via VRBO support as we did not have a way to directly contact the host. Other than that the stay was uneventful, it would be nice to have access to a mop on the property.

We were so happy to have this comfortable spot to spend our nights and early mornings while attending a convention downtown. The location was nice and quiet and only 5-10 minutes from the convention center. We loved having a garage in which we could park overnight, too!We did have an issue during our three day visit, but the host resolved it almost immediately. We were so grateful for the quick response and action.

Spiders, roaches, & dead worms oh my!

The home itself was lovely, nicely decorated, and located in a great area—so we were initially very pleased. Unfortunately, our experience was quickly overshadowed by serious cleanliness concerns. We encountered multiple roaches, spiders, and several dead worms throughout the garage. This made us extremely uncomfortable and took away from what should have been a peaceful stay.I reached out to the homeowner to inform them of the issue and kindly asked if they would consider any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Instead of showing concern or offering a solution, they dismissed the issue entirely and simply responded with check-out instructions.It's disappointing that such a well-presented home was not maintained to basic hygiene standards and that the host showed no accountability or care. I would not recommend staying here unless the pest issue is addressed and the host learns to take guest feedback seriously.

Great location to BOK and restaurants

We visited Tulsa for a few concerts at the BOK. This was super close to downtown and such a cute place. There were 6 of us - 4 adults, 2 kids and then 2 pups. Nice, fenced yard for the dogs. Had everything we needed.

Perfect comfort for overnight stay

Neighborhood was super clean, across from a couple of churches. House was clean, decorated nicely, and cute! My mom, sister, and I stayed overnight. Each got our own bedroom. Super comfortable. Parking in the garage made my moms day also!!

Great location for shows at Cain’s

We came to Tulsa to see two shows at Cain’s on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. The property was very clean and ready upon arrival. It was a short Uber ride downtown. We did try to arrive a little earlier than the 4PM check in and it looked like the cleaners were done, but I didn’t get a response from the owner/manager if we could go in, so we went downtown for a bit. Overall, it was a great property for our needs (three couples). I would rent from this Owner/manager again.

Tulsa trip

We had a great visit to Tulsa. Our VRBO was only 1.5 miles from the arts district. Nice, clean 3 BR house with a large fenced backyard. We will stay there again if we come back to Tulsa.

Great location!

If you are planning something downtown Tulsa, this location is perfect! Very nice, quiet neighborhood but20 minutes away from BOK center! It was perfect. Very nice house. My only suggestion would be some different, more comfortable chairs or a sectional in the living room. We really enjoyed our stay!
