The only thing is I wish the pillows were bigger. Did not seem they were even standard size. Also, we came back later. We asked for a blanket and never got a return call. I was cold. My husband was not. But the lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful!

Our room was great! Everything was clean and un working order. The lobby was nice. A surprise in our stay was the breakfast and lunch buffet. The price was reasonable, and the team was hard-working, friendly, and excellent. Kudos to them. Our only disappointments were the location of our room (Rm 442 with a view of the roof) and the hot tub and pool (because we chose the hotel for that reason). Apparently, a pump had gone out, and we were told it wasn't repaired yet. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Front desk told us they gave away our room, front desk was understaffed and overwhelmed. The parking garage would not let you out and front desk would not answer the page to help. The refrigerator in our room was so loud and annoying, sleep was interrupted multiple times.

I don't mean to complain or bug. However, I tried to use the pool and jacuzzi amenities offered by Hilton, and the pool had been overrun by 25 kids (uncontrolled) and several adults and the jacuzzi and pool was cold that I was unable to use any of the amenities! When speaking to a guy I assume the maintenance employee, he stated that neither will be available for warming until the morning possibly! (This is disappointing being i paid for all these to get away.) My check in took forever! Just not happy at all or impressed for the amount of money spent!

The bed and pillows had blood stains on them. The refrigerator was froze and didn't work. There was pubic hair in the shower. The telephone didn't work to call the front desk. It took me going downstairs to the front desk twice and almost 2 hours to get extra towels. I am VERY disappointed with my stay

This was our second stay within a month. The property is decent/average/okay. More "room noise" than most hotels... but didn't keep us awake or anything. Other "small stuff" like non-working room telephone (couldn't call front desk or housekeeping), missing towel hooks in bathroom (with holes in wall where it belonged), loudly dripping shower, etc. Poor rating is primarily due to a specific issue (in addition to general "slightly-below-average" state of property). We need a bathtub. On the first stay, we learned that we must specifically request a bathtub in our room at reservation time. So, we survived the first visit without a bathtub. (This was after the front desk agent promised to move us to a room with a bathtub... but never did so.) For the second visit, we did what was suggested on the first visit: we requested a bathtub at reservation time... AND called the property on the morning of arrival to confirm... and were promised that we would have a bathtub. Upon arrival, no bathtub. Front desk agent indicated that there was "no indication of any such request." And then NOTHING was done to remedy the issue... not even an (empty) promise to move us into a room with a bathroom. He did offer us free breakfast though... which we never used. Summary: average (at best) property/condidtions... lots of minor maintenance issues... and MAJOR customer care concerns. We will stay elsewhere next time.

Quality hotel
What an amazing stay! We actually got stuck in Tulsa due to the ice storm and made last minute reservations. Great choice! The room was neat and clean. Everything spoke of quality. The staff were super hospitable and friendly and the breakfast was great too! Definitely recommend this hotel as a “must stay” hotel in Tulsa.

For a Hilton property this was BAD! It started with a mix up with my reservation, which I had made a month earlier. I had reserved a room with a bath tub. It took 30 minutes to check in because it took that long to find a room with a tub. The pillows on my bed were 14"x 14" square. Like a decorative pillow in a pillow case. Extremely uncomfortable!! There was debris under the bed and various places on the carpet. Although there was a coffee pot in my room there was no coffee. There was no stopper on the tub so after all the searching for a tub I couldn't use it. That was VERY disappointing. The front desk employees were inattentive and all dressed differently in very casual attire. It was not a pleasant stay!!
