Newly redecorated with all-new furnishings, this fabulous home is perfectly located for exploring Tulsa! Minutes from the Expo, Gathering Place, Cherry Street, and downtown, it combines modern renovations with the charm of historic Florence Park. Professionally designed interiors, inviting outdoor spaces, and a ping pong table make this home a standout choice for relaxation and entertainment.

This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a $100 pet fee is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet.

Lovely & Quiet Neighborhood!

We stayed here during the Starbird Car Show at the Tulsa Expo Center and it was the perfect spot for our family to stay! It took only minutes to drive back and forth. The house was well furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again!

Great stay in Tulsa

We loved this property. Had a small issue during the stay and it was handled promptly and professionally. The house was spotless when we arrived. The beds! Where do I start? We used only 2 of the 3 rooms and all 4 of us agreed that the 2 king beds were some of the most comfortable beds we've ever had at a VRBO property. My friend and I were at the Tulsa Expo center for the Chili Bowl and this location was perfect. I will be back and most definitely renting from these ladies again. Can't state how professional they were and the communication was top notch.

The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners stocked the bathroom with extra little supplies that came in handy. There were plenty of blankets and towels. The check in was super easy and the communication was excellent. We will stay there again when we visit our son who lives in the area.

My friends and I had a great stay! We were at a national dog agility competition at the Expo center which was less than 5 minutes away! Perfect location. Neighborhood seemed safe. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The house was very comfortable with a great kitchen to cook in. Loved the TV options. Would definitely stay here again!

Great craftsman cottage with great management also

We came to Tulsa for just a couple days over the Christmas weekend. We had our dog and needed a dog friendly rental. This one checked all the boxes and in person was just a nice as online which always feels like a gamble to me. The house is very cozy, great amount of space for a home of that era, all the modern amenities you expect. Really nice back porch area. Comfy couch. TV had complimentary Netflix already signed in and others like Hulu and Prime. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Checkin was easy. Management was responsive and checked on us daily. And the place was clean. Best part I think was the beautiful, original wood floors. Nice quiet neighborhood really close to the university - would make a great place if going to a football game or anything there at the expo center.
