This was the worst stay I've ever had. We got zero sleep they have the loudest hotel ever. They have no curtains in the rooms so the super bright street light shines in your eyes all night. You can hear every little thing anyone is doing down to hearing the water loudly in the pipes in the walls. I called down to office and got no help with anything. It was just awful and we're all so tired and have to travel today. Would never ever ever stay again. An incredible waste of over $200.

My only concern was that small things did not work on the property. For example, the toilet seat was loose and wobbled, the Television stopped working until I rebooted it by unplugging it and plugging it back in, the elevator button for the 1st floor had to be pressed in a certain spot in a certain way to work, the shower door would not stay shut. Small maintenance issues, otherwise it was clean and comfortable.

They had a great breakfast. They had eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, pancakes, cereal, baked goods, yogurts, fruit. They switch up daily. Great variety of foods. The staff were very nice and professional. The building is set back from the highway so no noise feom the traffic and lots of resturants close by.

The hotel has a lot of shops and a few restaurants that are in walking distance. It is also very close driving distance to grocery stores and the freeway and only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Continental breakfast had a good variety and seemed clean. Our room had a pull out couch but there were no linens for it. We were able to quickly get some from the front desk but the hotel was completely out of pillows so we had to pull some from our bed. The condition of the room wasn't very well maintained. The tiles in the entry and the bathroom tilted when you walked on them and it looked like the bathroom hadn't had a deep clean in some time. It appeared superficially clean and sanitized but there was grime buildup along the shower door tracks and what could have been mold along the bottom of the shower and the shower bench. Ultimately, the stay was average but the hotel worked for what we needed it for - a place near the airport to crash for a night or two.

Check in was rough. Staffing issues. My biggest complaint is maintenance. There are light bulbs out everywhere. Lobby, elevator, hallways and in the room. Door knob loose on the guest bathroom in the lobby. So loose you could wiggle the handle and the door would unlock. Could not lock our room door. Door settled and would not line up with the deadbolt. Couldn’t switch rooms because the hotel was full. But it was clean and comfortable and we were only here for one night for business. Do not recommend for future stay with current staff. With minor changes this could be an excellent hotel.
