Where do I even begin? Our first room had a peed-on-soaked mattress. Upon further inspection, it looked as though they had tried to deodorize and clean the mattress; however, housekeeping should have reported that room 213 was unavailable, but we noticed that they didn't provide a proper mattress cover for hotel standards. Then they moved us to a second room, which was ok, but our room faced the street, so it was deafening till 10:00 pm every night that weekend. I understand it was Saint Patty’s Day weekend, but everything was dirty. The elevators smelled of urine and puke. I enjoyed some of the restaurants and bars around the area, but this is the first and last time I will stay at this hotel. I do not recommend it. Pay a little bit more and stay at the Mayo.

Unfortunately things do fall through the crack and miscommunication does happen, but it is not the guest fault and I do sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. This is not how we typically conduct business. As far as the condition of the hotel elevator thank you for letting us know. I wish there was a way to compensate you for some of your stay but unfortunately when you book 3rd party our hands are tied. I hope you have a great weekend and Happy Easter.

This property charged me 5 times for 3 rooms. I have called my bank and the property itself multiple times to get these extra charges removed from my account. It has now been 6 days that I have over $400 in extra charges to my account.

Shannon,The hotel releases authorizations right when the guest checks out. It can take 24-72 business hours for this to reflect on your banking institutions end. Myself and other members of management have looked into your reservation and there is nothing hung up on our end. We have taken our part and the rest has been released. Have a great weekend.

The main lights in the room did not work, nor did the one near the seating area. In the bathroom all but one hook was missing from the wall, and the plunger for the sink gone. There was trash stuck to the rack that help the coffee and water. Parking is atrocious, youll spend a min of $20 for one night of off site parking. Rooftop bar was very nice.

Gabriela,There is a main light switch by the front door that if not switched to on, certain lights will not work. Thank you for letting us know about the condition of the room. Loved the artsy vibe. However our original room had gum on the wall and had popcorn on the floor. Was also informed from an Uber driver that a shooting occurred at a bar across the street. Will not return in future trips to Tulsa.

Mindy,Thank you for letting us know about the room condition of the first room you were in. This is extremely rare since we have one of the highest scores for cleanliness in our region. And as far as a shooting at the bar across the street, that is the first we have heard of that. Glad you enjoyed the Artsy vibe of the area. We are in the entertainment area of downtown and its always lively and fun around here.

This hotel is okay. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a room facing the street. We brought a fan from home to drown out noise however we still heard music either from the bar across the street or the roof top bar until 1:20 am. It’s not ideal for any light sleepers. The beds were comfortable and staff were very nice!

My daughter and I arrived on Saturday, chose not to do valet. We asked where parking was. I was told the street. My car was side swiped. Over $6k in damage. We were hollared at by men , when we were walking from our car that evening. They hollared it was their birthday. 😭. We were terrorized and terrified. The next morning we found my car damaged and with flyers on it. Will never go back because of safety concerns. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable. No one should be approached when they are entering there hotel. We saw homeless people right in front of hotel. They need security on premises

Robin,So sorry about the misfortune you had experienced during your stay in Tulsa. Unfortunately there are not alot of options when it comes to downtown. We offer Valet in a covered structure or the other options are open lots near by and there is self street parking. This area is a busy area and we do our best to keep non-registered guests away from the premises. Thank you for your security suggestion.

Property was wonderful, clean, and centrally located. Only hot tea in rooms (no coffee), but modern and nice facility. Check-in/check out process was smooth. Valet drivers are rude though, and "joke" about the insufficient tip you've given. Unfortunate, since they are the "face" of an otherwise lovely trip and facility.

The hotel and my room are beautiful. But, I have a concern with the valet process. I am a woman traveling alone so when I had to provide my cell phone number, name and room number in front of another guest, I felt a little unsafe. I would have preferred that to be in private or let me type in the info into your devise to protect my privacy. A very loud trash truck pickup at 11:00 pm on a Sun was obnoxious. The walls are paper thin. I heard every word the people in the next room were saying, every word. I’m not trying to seem so negative but I’m only here one night so all of this happening in a small window of time was a lot and the reason I’m submitting this feedback.

The hotel is very nice and new. Our room was across from a bar and the noise level was so loud that sleep was difficult. The front desk offered a sound machine and earplugs which were semi helpful. I went for a run in the morning and turned around because I felt unsafe in the area. If you want to hit the bars and go to bed super late, this may be the hotel for you! However, we were super tired and looking for a good nights sleep and this hotel did not deliver.

Thank you for your feedback, as our name says, we are Hotel Indigo Tulsa Downtown Entertainment District, the name explains that we are in a louder and more lively part of downtown. It is safe around us, never have any issues. Thanks for staying with us!

I liked the new and modern appearance of the property. The room was comfortable. I was going to meet someone from out of town but the rooftop bar was closed (Sunday). Perhaps that's a "Tulsa" thing.

We stayed here for a night. Parking and traffic was a nightmare! Construction every where. When we were walking back about 1:30 am from a night out with friends there were absolutely no staff in the lobby and people who weren’t guests were “jumping” a few other girls in the bathroom. We were told by someone in the group we needed to leave or they’d hurt us. It was so unsafe. Where was the staff! They could’ve called the police.

My apologies that you were treated as such by these unruly guests. My staff was in the bathroom trying to rectify the situation and we did call the police to assist. Our hotel and the general area is usually very safe. Alcohol can cause people to act stupid and I am sorry you had to witness that ordeal.

Staff at the front desk were very friendly and professional. The gentleman that checked us in made a great first impression for our first time staying at the Hotel Indigo. It won't be our last time to stay. Very nice hotel. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Close to restaurants, within walking distance. Loved the decor. We had a view of the construction of the apartment building (?) being built right next door and most of the dish network channels said "no signal", those were the only 2 negative things but that's not a big deal. We still really enjoyed this stay and would most definitely stay here again.
