We would like to provide you our comments too about some observations you made: The Sargassum is a natural phenomenon out of our control, the amount that arrives and also the places don't depend on any person or city, the currents and the heat are some of the conditions that affect this phenomenon; I'm sorry that you couldn't enjoy the beauty of our turquoise waters. We are inside the protected Natural Park area and we are an Eco-Friendly Hotel, this means we have to minimize our impact on the Flora and Fauna of our surroundings, we are surrounded by the Jungle and mosquitoes are part of the jungle area, that's why we recommend to our Guest to use biodegradable repellent on the outside. Also, your reservation was made for a Traditional Bungalow, we do have Rooms equipped with Airconditioner, I´m sorry if we didn't offer you relocation with the amenities you needed, we would love to have your comments during your stay. We have our Standard Rooms and our Superior Bungalows with A/C and Safebox available. We are happy you enjoyed your meal in our Beach club, our prices are similar to the restaurants around the area. Usually, if you visit places downtown prices may vary. Hopefully, you give us another opportunity in the future and we will be happy to welcome you again. Regards!
