The tropical getaway of your dreams awaits at this modern apartment, nestled between Centro Tulum and the beaches of the hotel zone, and offering easy access to lush jungles, natural cenotes, and pristine coastline - all within a few miles of your front door. Even more shopping and dining opportunities are just a short walk away. On-site amenities include a sparkling rooftop pool and tempting hammocks, and a gym.

At the apartment itself, start each day with coffee on your sunny, enclosed patio, complete with a private plunge pool. Inside, modern convenience meets boho chic, with stylish furnishings, natural wood accents, and lots of space to spread out. The full, well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook at home, and there's plenty of room at mealtime around the glass-top dining table. The apartment wasn't clean
The utensils were dirty, sticky and showed sign of rust. the private pool area including the pool wasn't clean as well. There was no broom and other cleaning supplies at our disposition. The fridge wasn't functioning properly (it wasn't getting cold so we almost lost our foods). Those are all the things we pointed out (with pictures) upon our arrival to management, but responded with promises to address it but yet didn't address any of them until our stay was up. I wouldn't recommend Vacasa to book this apartment because their management lack pro-activeness.

Beautiful place!!!! Concierges were very resourceful. My concerns are around pools. 1. attendance entering the property during our stay without notification to clean the plunge pool with a key freaked my wife out 2. and the rooftop pool being inaccessible d/t repairs

Beautiful property. Had some minor issues. No garbage bags, no dish towels, outside garbage bin overflowing on road, bicycles needed maintenance (dangerously loose bolts). Text response to inquiries was quick but no actual response ever happened. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

As pretty as the pictures…
Overall, my stay at this property was delightful. The cleanliness was impeccable, matching the charm captured in the photos. However, a couple of considerations to note: the water is not filtered, resulting in a salty taste incase you decide to cook, and accessing the location initially proved slightly challenging. Additionally, the absence of a hairdryer was a minor inconvenience for me. Nevertheless, the property's beauty outweighs these minor inconveniences, making it a worthwhile stay.
