Javier was so friendly. The Aunty who makes breakfast was also super sweet. The two of them made us feel very welcome. The room was nice and clean. Probably one of the nicest budget places I've stayed. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. We love you Javier!

We notified hotel owner of our arrival in advance, but he wasn't on-site for the next 3 hours, so we had to check-in with service engineer who doesn't speak english. It was challenging. The next problem appeared with water outages and air conditioning for a 3 days. So property wasn't prepared for the clients. Looks like currently all these problems solved. The Hotel's personal(which are the family of hotel's owner) are very friendly, but most commonly not speaking English. The property itself located between a poor and rich districts, and it could be confused for the first look, but all the people in the Tulum are very friendly.

Hostel plein de charme
Petit hostel plein de charme loin du bruit des animations du centre de Tulum. Le personnel était très gentil, nos chambres étaient superbes: bien décorées, propres et avec tout le confort nécessaire. Si jamais nous devons retourner à Tulum nous logerons là-bas sans hésiter.

Great design of Private twin room. Very comfy beds. Located just off the main drag but on a busy road with heavy trucks passing through frequently. Only one other person staying when we were there so very quiet and no atmosphere. Nice pool and outdoor area. Spacious. Chicken company next door played loud music at 6.30am on first day. No breakfast available on our first day so they gave us bikes to use for free (usually 100 pesos/24hrs instead. Very helpful and friendly staff.
