Loved the property and the condo. It was very clean, stocked with essentials, and had multiple pools. The rooftop restaurant was nice and food was awesome. They do have assigned underground parking.Only downfall is finding it and the streets are horrible. We received our checkin email the day of but was able to checkin a hour early. If your not fluent in Spanish definitely have a translator app available because majority of staff speaks Spanish but everyone was very nice.

This is a newer property, so the facilities are actually pretty great. The pools, the gym, etc. are in great condition. The upstairs restaurant is also convenient since there is nothing walkable from the property. There are taxis out front all the time that can take you where you need to go. We had a 3 bdrm penthouse with a private pool. The pool was unusable the whole trip because there was never any way to clean it and it would get dirty very quickly. There was also no soap, shampoo or towels in one bathroom, and no cups or anything that would make it convenient. Definitely felt like a room that was just always rented out...but it was still a great place to stay!

El viaje excelente la estancia buena,pero lo malo de estar en Tulum es lo caro de todo y las calles aledañas al magnífico hotel de terracería y con lagunas que hace difícil el traslado; del hotel : lo malo que tardaron 24 hs en darnos toallas,NUNCA arreglaron las cortinas pues el encargado nunca prestó interés en arreglarlas la habitación estupenda

This property is beautiful and well maintained. It is far removed from town and there are no grocery store, shops or restaurants for about 2 miles. I received my check-in email 26 minutes before 3:00pm, the time to check-in. The property had 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, one broom, one dustpan, 3 sponges and dish soap in a container that was specifically for sponge dispensing and couldn’t really wash hands with it since there was no hand soap or beach towels for the 5 pools on the property. I message Luis very early on the 2nd day of my stay and have yet to hear back on how to get these amenities that should have been included. Also, the water included was one 16oz bottle of water. The room had a very musty smell that even with open balcony doors would not subside.

L’hôtel est très bien et calme, les appartements sont bien équipés. Le seul bémol est dans sa localisation, nous n’avions pas de voiture, nous avons loué des scooter dans Tulum pour être plus libre de nos déplacements

Arriving here it seemed like a nice clean place. I enjoyed the rooftop food and pools. However, they did not provide housekeeping and when asked for toilet paper they mentioned they did not offer that either. We had to buy basic necessities such as toilet paper, napkins and plastic bags.

Que no den comprobante del depósito que se da deja mucho que desear, también el horario del gerente que en fin de semana no se encuentra para poder devolver el dinero que se deja no es cómodo tener que lidiar con personas que no dan explicaciones ni son amables.

Nuestra oficina esta abierta de Lunes a Viernes de 9 a 18 horas y sabados y domingos de 9 a 14 horas, lamentamos que no haya podido encontrar al gerente, puede que haya sido su dia de descanso, de igual modo nuestros telefonos de contacto estan siempre disponibles.

Beautiful property, love the view and the receptionist Brian was really helpful. But I hated the fact that they don’t clean up n we were there for 5day, no towel change and overall the harassment about tips is ridiculous.

The property and units itself were gorgeous and completely reasonable price. The big and main disappointment was the lack of communication beforehand. These are individually owned units so I’m not blaming the property as a whole but the check in process was confusing which almost caused us to cancel our reservation (which we couldn’t get refunded for). We were told that we would be sent an email with check in instructions 48 hours before check in. I got no email. I was coming from 2 hours away with no idea if I’d even have a place to stay. I called the property 5 times but only got an answer twice, both times we were hung up on when we asked about the email (I don’t think whoever answered understood what we were asking) We took a gamble and came anyway where security asked for our apartment number and I didn’t know since we were never given an email. He then gave me a QR code that sent me to a WhatsApp to who I think was a receptionist. He then gave me my check in information very quickly and it was no longer an issue. Funny enough, I got sent the check in info to my email the day I checked out. So overall the property and units are gorgeous and affordable, I think we just got unlucky with the communication.Tulum in general is gorgeous and recently booming with tourism which means there is a lot of construction everywhere you go which didn’t bother us at all but good to know.

We stayed at this hotel for a total of 5 days. I highly recommend using Google maps when commuting ! The hotel is in the middle of nowhere with dirt roads with a lot of potholes and NO street lights. So be cautious when driving at night! Before arriving we received an email of what apartment was assigned to us and when we could check-in. We had to check in twice ! The first check-in spot gave us wristbands . The second check-in is where we received our key . The apartment looks EXACTLY like the photos ! In the fridge they give complimentary water ! Even had a washer in dryer with cleaning supplies in our room! The bathroom is to die for. The shower water gets hot after a certain amount of time of being in there (20-25 minutes. ). There were beach towels AND regular towels provided. Not washcloths though. There was one tv in our room and we could connect to YouTube , Hulu , Netflix ,etc. The cons I can say is that there aren’t enough outlets in the room, and the wifi isn’t that great. There’s also construction going on but it didn’t bother us much because we were barely in the room . Also and the parking garage, someone has to manually open the entrance gate and exit gate everytime. There were times where we had to open and close the gates ourselves ! Besides all of that the hotel was pretty nice. Not too far from the strips of clubs, restaurants of Tulum. Everything local was a 10-17 minute trip !

Complejo de apartamentos nuevo. Algo alejado de la zona de playa y sin mucha frecuencia de bus. Tuvimos problemas con el microondas, que no se solucionaron durante el tiempo de la estancia. Además, se produjo un fallo de electricidad durante varias horas.

This Property is absolutely worth the price. Make sure you got your own mobility cause the location is not the best. Some Rooms are very good and some Rooms are OK, do you gotts be lucky with this. I recommend to Book a bigger one.

En general fue un viaje en familia breve, efectivamente pidieron el depósito de seguridad durante el check in (auque si pasaron varias semanas para él reembolso por eso no había emitido la calificación hasta que tuve confirmación del banco). A pesar de que llegamos dos horas después del horario oficial del check in no estaba listo el alojamiento aún y seguían haciendo el aseo por lo que si tuvimos que esperar con las maletas. El lugar es de buen gusto por si solo, cocina con todo lo necesario, solo sería bueno que tuviesen paños de limpieza o servitoallas;aunq no se cocino y solo se uso la estufa para calentar alimentos ya preparados pues es inevitable que salpiquen y no había con qué limpiar. Fue estancia breve y placentera, se solicitó un check out tardío pero no fue concedido como compensación por el tiempo de esperar en el check in.

Worst stay experience. Please review my experience below and save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. Cons: -Ice cold showers -Construction zone all around property so impossible to get rest during mornings. -Water stopped working during half my stay -No support with issues -AC units in room make it very hard to sleep since they make a knocking noise -This is not a hotel. Each unit has an owner. Which makes it impossible to get a refund once you book. PROS: Good view from top of property

Buena la estancia pero no fue clara la información del transporte. En la página decía que incluía gratis transporte a una playa pero no aclararon que era en solo dos horarios específicos y que al final resulta que tenías que consumir un mínimo de 1200 pesos por persona en la playa a la que te llevaban. El condominio está alejando de la zona turística y los taxis dueños de la región nos cobraron muchísimo ( 600 a 800 pesos por viaje) para llevarnos a la zona turística más que nada por las fechas de fin de año.

13 nuits dans cet appartement.Ce n est pas de l hôtellerie. Route en terre pour y accéder . Chambre numéro 9 inondée à notre arrivée , mur rempli d’eau , sol aussi , meubles en bois imbibés. Pas de jacuzzi fonctionnel dans tout le resort, alors que c’était un incontournable pour nous et pour ma pathologie . Ce sont des appartements, mais pas de quoi réellement se faire à manger ou ni même de quoi faire le ménage . Manque de mobilier pour poser ses affaires. Une cafetière très très cheap dans l appartement, vraiment pas adapté pour 13 nuits Pas de changements des serviettes pendants les 13 nuits . Pas de laundry dans le resort. On nous demande une caution en espèces à notre arrivée , pas de carte de crédit . Le service de restauration sur place est correct , mais en journée , la responsable est lasy, passe son temps sur son téléphone. Pour un café et des œufs brouillés , comptez 1:00 dans votre orga . Sinon , en positif : lieux propres et végétation entretenue et luxuriante.appartement très bien , volume du loft +++, Salle de spot sympa . Localisation juste entre les plages et la ville , et accès a un beach club en se présentant de leur part ( sous réserve d’un minima de conso)

If you decide to stay here just know that no one speaks English except for the manager Octavio & he is not that helpful. My room started flooding through the front door when it started raining brining in worms. I found this out when I went downstairs and immediately slipped and fell. I told Octavio ( the manager) and he did not seem to care. He sent over people to clean it up and fix the door. They said they were going to do it that day but instead they woke us up at 9am with drilling and banging. No extra toilet paper was provided, no extra towels (until we used our towels for the flood), no mop, no broom, no cleaning products in general. They expect you to clean the place yourself or pay $50 cleaning fee. There was a free shuttle to a beach club but Octavio did not bring this up until I asked. He didn’t provide any details about it either. I had to continue asking him questions about the complimentary service they were providing. The other staff members were amazing & super friendly. Loved the roof top views and all the pools.

This property was way beyond what I hoped it to be. Knowing the fact that they are a new hostel and they’ve only been open since July, they definitely out did themselves with the cleanliness and the luxury jungle vibe. There’s no doubt that I would stay here again and also recommend others to the place. Loved literally EVERYTHING about it
