Le stationnement dédié pour le condo prise par un autre véhicule. Pas de cafetière et grilles pains. Une des salle de bain pas d’eau chaude.

Property has the potential to be great…before arrival to the property I received a text message via Whats App…that the jacuzzi isn’t functioning properly…one of the main reason that we booked this property…it was fixed 2 day later…the day before we was leaving. We also had some hot water issues that was resolved by us turning the breaker switch on and off. A lot to like, but we was a bit disappointed, but made it work.

It's beautiful and very green. It's a little far from the beach and not really within walking distance of any cafes or restaurants. We stayed there the first week of January when a massive trance music festival happens in Tulum. If you don't like trance and techno this is not the place for you.

The property was actually very nice. However, everything else was a nightmare. Elevators were out of service and my mom has bad knees. Took us hours to get a room on the first flirting and calling and complaining. No 24 hour concierge, had to ask for towels everyday, lost electricity and water for half a day.

Dear Mohammed we are so sorry to hear this now. As I am aware you had booked an apartment in the 3rd floor and Concierge change your apartment to a ground floor and bigger one because you let us know about your mom situation. Also elevators in building G do not have any problems, they are working properly. Regarding Concierge, the schedule in which it works is detailed in Expedia. And regarding towels we are not a hotel, and we do not offer services as a hotel, like our name says we are a Condominio, this is why towels are not changed every day, this has been explained at the check in as well.

Everything is as okay except communication with the owner of the property was F coz I asked for extra wash clothes since we are 2 living in the condo and I never got response
