Guests will have fully private access to the entire 2-floor, 2-beds, 2-bath, plus kitchen penthouse apartment. There is also parking available for guests, up to 1 vehicle.

Getting Around:

You have several options for getting around Tulum. You can take taxis, rent a bike, or, for even more convenience, rent a motor scooter—each available directly through the link we provide. Some guests also choose to rent a car via that same link so they can easily explore the town center, the Hotel Zone, and all the nearby attractions.

The ADO bus station is about a 10-minute drive from Elemets. From there, you can catch buses to the airport, Playa del Carmen, Cancún, and other destinations. A taxi ride from Elemets to the ADO terminal usually costs around $10 USD.

Enjoy our exclusive mid-stay refresh and cleaning service! On nights 2 and 4 we’ll remake your beds, tidy the bathroom, and take out the trash, plus a full clean on night 3. It’s like having your own resort housekeeper! So cleaning during your stay would look something like this:



✺ Day 1 (Check-in): Full cleaning completed before guest arrival

✺ Day 2: Refresh service (Bathroom, trash, quick tidy)

✺ Day 3: Full cleaning

✺ Subsequent Days: Refresh on alternate days, full clean on the others
