2 quejas el estacionamiento patético es un sótano la entrada súper angosta mal hecho y aparte no tiene acceso al hotel es independiente! tienes que rodear todo el hotel para entrar 👎 #2 no hay agua caliente ya viendo los comentarios toda la gente se queja de lo mismo yo pensé que ami no me pasaría pero oooo sorpresa quiere decir que que no tienen agua caliente o tienen algún problema con los calentones ! Pero si eres friolento olvídate de hospedarte en este hotel no hay agua caliente t van a decir qué hay un problemita y tal ve en la noche se solucione pero es mentira ! Cosas buenas esta muy limpio en general y con tu pulsera puedes acceder al hotel Selina de zona hotelera ese es un plus !!! Hasta aquí mi experiencia!

El check in fue muy lento, nos hospedamos 3 personas en 3 habitaciones diferentes y a todos nos tocó regadera sin agua caliente y con el agua orientada hacia la pared. Muy incómodo, además en mi caso había muchísimo ruido en la habitación parecía que habían remodelaciones o trabajos de construcción dentro del hotel.

Nice facilities, good location, loud noise.
Great place to stay with good location between downtown and the beach, nice facilities. However, we have requested a receipt of our stay without any luck. In addition, the reservation was done in USD and we were charged in MXN with their exchange rate which was not good at all for us paying the equivalent of an extra 25 USD, we requested to be charged in USD without any luck.

It was the second trip to this property in the last 2 months, the first one was on November 19th, they had no hot water but they gave us an upgrade on the room so it wasn't that bad, we came back this past weekend, two months later and they still don't have hot water, it dirty, they didn't even bother on offer a solution, they also charge 10 USD for pet and it DOESN'T include anything for the pet, not even a plate for water or a mat on the floor. The bed was dirty and the shower was dirty, it´s obvious, the cleaning staff is on the cellphone in the hallways fighting with the love partner and you can hear it on your room. I won't recommend this hot for any reason, the location is great but there are a lot of other options around for you to look and stay with comfort and a nice service.

Malo: 1. La caja de seguridad no servia, a pesar de que fue el mantenimiento no quedo 2. La limpieza del cuarto por la alta demanda no lo hacian bien y tenias que estar solicitando a cada rato 3. La regadera no se iba el agua y se salia bastante 4. La bomba del inodoro no funcionaba bien. Asi que se tenia que estar destapando para moverla y se llenara el tanque 5. Los baños comunes olian mal 6. El restaurante no tenia lo de la carta. Te daba opciones para preparar..queriamos pedir una hamburguesa y no tenian pan 7. Necesitan mas personal en recepcion ya que te hacen esperar mucho 8. No hay telefono disponible para comunicarse con recepcion. Bueno 1. El Internet funcionaba bien en todas partes. 2. Hay cocina, asi que puedes preparar tus propios alimentos. 3. El cuarto contaba con frigobar y es bastante amplio. 4. Hay dos albercas muy bonitas, solo hay que considerar que el agua esta fria.

Convenient , efficient with atmosphere and events on the rooftop as well as other activities that can be done as couples or single travellers. Close to everything and on the main road towards the beach. Would definitely recommend and will stay again. Hopefully on monthly bases.

Emanuel was the rock star at the hotel, he went far and beyond to help us. My room got cleaned 4 times in ten days, one of them I have to ask them to clean it, ran out of toilet paper and clean towels. Shower shoots water everywhere. Very noisy, traffic and room doors are loud. Kitchen/ Bar attendants seem not too happy to be there and be helpful

Me quedé 2 días sin agua caliente, quedaron de bonificarme algo por ello, ( aún es tiempo que no lo hacen, y quedaron que el día 2 de enero se reflejaba en mi cuenta) incluyendo que un toma corriente descompuso mi celular, nunca limpiaron mi cuarto en los 5 días, ni tienen agua para beber en las recámaras, no nos cambiaron toallas, los baños en áreas comunes súper sucios, el desayuno pagado por anticipado no conviene

Stayed at this mediocre hotel to start off the breakfast didn’t have much a variety, there was no hot water, and there was bed bugs !!!!!! Disgusting they need to check all rooms and do a deep cleaning and throwaway all the mattresses with new ones, never going to stay here!!!!!

Very nice stay in Tulum.
Had a little hick-up with check-in. I added more nights to my booking but their system saw it as a cancellation, the front desk and supervisor cleared up the error very quickly, Appreciate their professionalism. Bed is was so nice and comfortable,had two pluffy pillows, and a duvet. Very comfortable sleeping. Nice bonus was able to use Selina by the beach couches and lounges. I enjoyed the 5 night stay in a 4-bedroom dorm.

Me encanto! Vine con mis perritos y el staff fue súper agradable al recibirnos. Nuestra habitación está linda y nosotros con ellos nos sentimos muy a gusto.

Todo bien hasta que nos quedamos sin agua desde las 10 de la noche del sábado hasta las 12 del día del domingo. , teníamos que bajar al loby al baño y terriblemente sucios también , no había agua tampoco abajo , y no pudimos bañarnos para poder salir de noche , solicité alguna compensación como algún cupón de desayuno y no accedieron , Sean empaticos ink si pago completa la tarifa ,me dijeron que estaba en mantenimiento, ok , y porque no me lo comentaron al hacer el check in para buscar otro Hotel con agua !? Les recomiendo buscar otro hotel con más Ética, hay muchos mejores en esa zona.

Work out the kinks before your open
This hotel isn’t really ready to be open. We were booked for a 2 night stay. Night 1 the room was small but doable. There was no TV and we just figured that none of the rooms have them. Bathroom was tiny!! I opened the bathroom door, had to slide in next to the toilet, close the door to find the shower. We were still trying to stay positive, until morning when we had NO hot water. I complained at the desk and they said they had to order a part and there wouldn’t be any hot water for a few more days.we headed out for our day and when we got back I say, No hot water AND No TV? How are we supposed to shower after being in the heat all day. They offer to upgrade us to a bigger room with TV… didn’t work. Change out the TV, they don’t have service for the TV I needed to input my personal streaming information into their TV to watch anything. Very frustrated because I still couldn’t make it work. I go back downstairs to ask for help AGAIN and our room door doesn’t latch. Maintenance guy comes try to fix it. He says it will latch now, just have to slam the door. What? Don’t mind our neighbors. Just slam the door when we want to leave. The only thing this place has going for it is the fact that it’s new. Once the newness wears off, they won’t be able to fall back on that excuse. We finally got NETFLIX to work with the help of one of the workers. She was a sweetheart and helped me get my service to work. Front desk tried to make me happy but things kept adding up

War nicht immer sauber. Die Wände waren undicht. Man kann alles aus dem Nebenzimmer hören. Balkon ist sehr sehr dreckig und wurde während der Aufenthalt nie gereinigt. Der Stuhl färbt sogar Öl an die Kleider ab. Wir haben in der gesamten Aufenthalt nur ein mal frische Tücher bekommen. WC Papier war keines mehr da. Dusche musste geflickt werden. Pool sehr sehr dreckig mit vielen Fliegen, Wespen und Mücken drin. Sehr laut wegen Baustelle. Hotel ist nicht ganz fertig. Personal ist nett.
