Guest Access:

Check in is at 15:00. Check-out is at 11:00 AM





Occupancy: The guest agrees not to exceed the number of occupants agreed for the property in accordance with this agreement. In the event of additional guests than those indicated, guests will forfeit their security deposit and must vacate the property immediately.





Security Deposit: A security deposit on your credit card (Visa and MasterCard only. No debit cards accepted) will be required upon arrival if it has not already been charged. Private cleanings due to excess dirt, upholstery maintenance in the apartment, interior or exterior damage caused by the tenant may be subject to additional charges. You must leave the unit as you received it. In case the guest does not have a Credit Card, a security deposit in cash (USD or Mexican Pesos) will be requested upon arrival during the check-in process. The temporary hold on the security deposit that we place on your credit card is lifted once the property is inspected by the appropriate persons who can verify that every aspect of the unit is in expected condition. Any damage will be paid for using the security deposit. In addition, the rules and regulations of the condominium as a whole must be observed at all times, otherwise the deposit in favor of its administration will be lost.





Responsibilities: The guest will be solely responsible for the payment and the terms established in this contract. Although there may be more people on the property, the signing guest assumes responsibility for others to join him or her.





Prices and Property: There are no guarantees about prices or properties available for subsequent rentals.





Construction and Repairs: Happy Address and the owner of each property offer the best maintenance possible, however, even new accessories occasionally present defects for which they cannot guarantee their correct operation. Any problem or breakdown of any accessory within the property will be resolved as soon as possible. For this reason, Happy Address personnel or the owner's own preferred technicians will have to access the property to carry out the corresponding maintenance. However, there will be no refund of funds due to the malfunction of any of the property's fixtures. Any loud noise due to construction work next to or around the facility will not accrue for any type of monetary compensation. However, we will always try to solve any problem that arises in favor of the comfort of our guests.





Refunds: There will be no refunds, proportional or not, in the event that the Guest decides to leave the property before the departure date.





Hurricane Evacuation Policy: Happy Address will not refund any funds in the event of hurricanes or natural disasters. The guest has the possibility of taking out travel insurance.

Services: There will be no refund of funds in the event that any service (internet, water, electricity) is closed or does not work. These are external services, sometimes governmental and therefore out of our control.







Owners' belongings: Some of the cabinets located in the property are locked as they contain personal belongings of their owners and are not available to guests.





Additional Use of Property: Any other use of the property other than for residential purposes is prohibited and you will need the consent of Happy Address or the property owner to change this policy. It is forbidden to hold parties inside the property, and the rules and regulations of the unit complex must be respected and observed at all times. In the event that the Guest uses the condominium inappropriately without authorization, the guest will lose the security deposit and will be asked to vacate the property immediately.







Properties: Happy Address nor the owner will be responsible for providing additional furniture not already available at the property. Each property and its furniture has an owner and Happy Address helps to rent it out to the owner. In the event that any of the property's furniture or accessories are moved or missing, the Guest is responsible for leaving everything as it was delivered.





Security: There are existing locks on the doors and windows. Happy Address staff will explain to the Guest how to use them. Don't forget to lock the unit at all times, as not only your belongings are there, but also those of the owner who rented it out for you and your companions.







Responsibility: In executing this agreement, the Guest is responsible for himself and any additional guests staying at the property. Guest agrees that neither Happy Address, the owner, employees nor agents shall be liable for any accidents, damages, losses suffered by the guest or guests staying or invited to the property. This includes accidents in the water, fire, damage caused by a property accessory, bruises and political events, acts of war, theft, migration, epidemics and changes in airline itineraries, among other incidents. In addition, the Guest absolves Happy Address, agents and owner of any liability arising from the above, theft, damage or death.

Conclusions: This agreement is valid as long as the Guest respects its conditions, limitations and responsibilities. Happy Address reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time in the event that Happy Address does not receive the payments agreed upon herein or in the event of a breach thereof.







Legal Responsibility: Happy Address under no circumstances will be responsible for any situation caused by the execution of this agreement. It is the guest's responsibility to terminate this contract or decide not to use the services or leave the property.





Exemption: The guest agrees to exonerate Happy Address, the owner, agents and employees from any situation of demand, damage or cost derived from the guests in the execution of this agreement and use of the services provided by Happy Address.





Penalty for violation of this agreement: In the event that the Guest violates any condition or restriction of this agreement, the Guest agrees that Happy Address, or the owner, terminate this agreement, access the premises and arrange for the Guest and their escorts are removed. of the property without any right to refund of rent or security deposit.
