Dear guest. We regret that your stay was not to your liking. As I mentioned in our conversation, I requested that you send me a photo of the things that were not right for you. I never received them. As it says in our ad, we are not a Hotel, we have 5 eco-villas located in the jungle, which is why there are insects and animals native to it. We fumigate weekly with organic products and we also provide daily cleaning at no extra cost. You didn't give us a chance to fix anything that you thought was wrong. You only mentioned that you were going to leave before their original stay. Our refund policy says it is not appropriate to return the many to guests who did not feel comfortable with the place, there being no fault in our complex for which the refund be. Also in our conversation you never mentioned that you wanted to request it. Because we have solar panels, and following our eco-lodging principle, we reduce electricity consumption.The air conditioning information appears in the ad.
