'Air conditioning worked great, and the room was pretty clean. Older Bldg but the value was solid for the price of the room. I would stay again if passing through and needed rest. '

' I do a lot of traveling. I don't understand why some cheaper hotels insist on pushing people out for their convenience of cleaning after we pay $75 for barely 12hrs of time without being disturbed several times in the morning starting before 9am knocking on doors and calling rooms. What has happened to customer service? Travelers don't want consecutive morning reminders that check out is 11am. When I didn't answer the room service because I was half asleep when they knocked they actually opened...

'This was our third time staying at this hotel, and each visit has been just as enjoyable as the last. The amenities are great, everything is clean and quiet, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I especially love the sign when you walk in that says “Welcome Home, take a breath”—it really sets the tone, along with the fresh, inviting smell throughout the hotel. The location is also a big plus, being so close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!'

'This hotel was TERRIBLE. Looks like it was built in the 80s and it was built in 2001. Water does NOT get hot. You may get almost lukewarm but that it. Beds sit on rail thats about to fall apart and the rooms don't even come with blankets. You have to ask for one. There was a roach in my room as well. The walls are thin as paper. People above me were loud as a daycare as early as 5am then around 7am the next door neighbors were having a domestic dispute arguing and making all kinds of noises...

'Clean room, staff was so sweet, kitchen fully stocked with all the things you need to cook and eat with, shops are 2 minutes away, rooms smelled so freah, walking into the property doors every time smelled so good, court yard was beautiful and has everything they said it would have, they have an elevator, gym was nice we didnt have time to go in and use it but we did look around. It was amazing and we will be back.'

'Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive. The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! '

'El hotel es muy bonito comodo ,pero no lo limpian bien la habitacion que me hospede estaba sucuia tenia basura debajo de la cama el baño estaba rosado por que obviamente no se limpia bien, el piso estaba bien cochino sobre todo el del baño cuando yo lo limpie tenia algo como rojo y muchos pelos ,tambien tenia restos de comida del huesped anterios y pues las savanas no olian a limpio . En conclucion el hotel es bonito pero elmpersonal que lo limpia deberian de cambiarlo o i speccionar bien la...

'We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and previous stays would have had a much lower rating…it had a run-down look and uncomfortable beds. I’m happy to say (and I hope remains this way) our stay this time was much, much better. The bed was quite comfortable, the room was clean and well-appointed and the staff was great!'
