'Outstanding, and the perfect end to a travel and tour-filled vacation. Vayu is an idyllic retreat, nestled in the jungle, surrounded by trees and the sounds of nature. We were even visited by a pair of inquisitive toucans. The rooms are huge - clean and a bed with bedding more comfortable than home. Everything has been perfectly considered - design and integration of technology (most notably the lighting and sound systems). 'Na moeizame auto rit, aankomst met adembenemende uitzicht. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorcht. Prachtige bouw en inrichting met natuurlijke materialen. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook het eten is een aanrader. Kortom fantastisch. PS. Zorg dat je een 4 x 4 auto hebt of dat je door hotel op parkeerterrein wordt opgehaald.'

'It seemed a very nice villa on top of the hills with a view. We were happy when we first arrived, though after 20 mins the electricity shut off, for 2,5 hours, in dark with kids, the team did respond real fast and the tech came by to fix the emergency light that didn’t work. Positives: - The view is very nice - the grounds are greener than on the pics - the house is quite large and rooms have good bathrooms, but villa 8 second bedroom is separate, weird! - the furnishing is nice wood, well...

'Lovely little riverfront casitas. It’s a bit removed from restaurants and bars but it gives you the option to prepare your own meals or the hosts provide some food offerings as well. Everything is in great condition and well thought out. Our stay here was great. It was so relaxing going to sleep with the sounds of the river. '

'Our stay was truly awesome. We stayed in the Sunset Villa...It was exceptional...Everything about the Villa was exactly as seen on the website. The greenery was so luscious. The views were Majestic. Very quaint and intimate location. Very romantic too. The pool was well maintained and cleaned everyday. Breakfast was delicious and the staff catered to our everyday need. The lunch and dinner menu was decent. Nothing special...but sufficient. There are gym facilities there..no treadmill..but you...

'The view was amazing and staff were very friendly. I did not realize that the rooms did not have A/C, so things were hot the first night (reception closed at 8:00), but they were able to get me another fan the second night l, which made things better. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay which included access to a local swimming hole which was very refreshing. The restaurant was the most expensive meal we had in Costa Rica and to be honest, the food was not bad, but not good. Definitely...
