'The minute you walk in you feel welcome. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet parking via the app is a breeze. The stations on each floor with ice, water and extra k cups is a wonderful touch. The rooftop bar/restaurant is a great way to end your day.'

'I really liked this hotel. It's a little more expensive than the other hotels in the area, but it's very nice, has good amenities, and is convenient to places to eat and shop. All of the staff was nice. My only complaint was having to pay for parking. If there's an issue with people parking there who shouldn't be, then provide your guests at the hotel with a complimentary parking pass. If you are paying for a room, you shouldn't have to pay to park, too.'

'The beds were so wonderful to sleep . It was quiet and plenty of good food and drinks on lookout top floor restaurant! Yummy. Nice views from the resolver looking the Black Warrior river. Great breakfast too. Coffee in room. Towels galore! Bedding with down comforters and smells so clean! I loved it and stayed a couple of times and never disappoints! Office on main floor did exactly what I needed with printing and supplies. Downtown location great for walking and other venues. The place to enjoy...

'The bathroom in our king room was filthy- dirty toilet and lots of mold in the shower. There were also several dirty dishes in the kitchen area. Not to mention the fridge looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
For a one night stay it worked, but I will be sure to get a higher rated hotel the next time we travel to Tuscaloosa.'
