'staff was pleasant and professional'

'The staff was exceptional! They were all very nice and helpful. It didn't have a pool but we knew that when we booked it. The breakfast was alright. It's a little thing but the "do not disturb" signs would not stay on the door handle. They fell off every time you left or entered the room. Be aware that the rooms don't have a microwave, unless you ask for one. All in all it was a very nice stay. The rooms and grounds were very well kept too. We'd be back for the staff alone! Great stay.'

'Stayed here as it was the cheapest place I could find close to Harper's Ferry, 30 min away. Similar to what you'd expect at a super 8, could use some updating at least concerning the rooms' exterior glass doors. Looks like several people are living the hotel life while I was there, but my room was clean and bedding was nice. Not far from interstate and lots of shopping nearby.'

TV SERVICE WAS BEYOND HORRIBLE ... 1st night there staff couldn't get the TV to work. Who needs 2 thousand channels that don't work. I was told there was a fix in the works. I wanted to check in early and the staff was accommodating but it came at a price. The room was noisy. Sounded like boiling or gargling water in the walls, plus, there was construction work going...

'No pool access, bbq had no gas , broken furniture, light switches in bedrooms did not work, 5 calls to host went unanswered, will request a full refund!!!'
