'This is a great option for independent-minded travelers who want something clean and spacious near the university. There is not much in the way of front desk staff but they communicated smoothly about check in and check out. There is an excellent bakery downstairs on the premises. The kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans, utensils, etc. Tons of space. There is a bit of street noise as the property is at a busy intersection, so bring your earplugs just in case. Overall, good value.'

'We had a small little bachelorette weekend to celebrate our best friend’s wedding in September. It was just three of us and this cabin was so perfect!! The host, area, property, and views were so lovely. We loved the hot tub and the friendly host dog Chase!! We can’t wait to come back again!!'

'Wonderful home within close distance to Sullivan marina. Great setup for a family vacation. Plenty of parking for our cars and boat trailer. We enjoyed our time together. My kid’s loved the hot tub and daily visits from the puppy. We will definitely book again next year!'

'We were in town for a baseball tournament. Had two families (5 people, 3 people). The basement was perfect for one family and the upstairs was perfect for the larger family. The property was clean. Good communication with the owner. Everything we needed was there including garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap etc. We had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable too!'

'Was perfect place to stay for my nieces graduation. We had a lot of family in town and rented both this one and the one next door. Had more than enough room for everyone. Ours was clean and beds were comfortable.'

'The house is beautifully redone. Love the tin ceiling accents and coffee options included. The laundry room with nice washer and dryer were super helpful on a family trip. Plenty of blankets, sheets, etc. also plenty of dishes to cook a family meal. The neighborhood is quiet and so peaceful. Would stay again.'

'Rented this home for U of I graduation. It is conveniently located - just about 5 minute drive to campus. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. House had ample space and the kitchen had adequate amenities. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towels supplied. We hung out in the backyard which had a nice patio table and chairs. Charming house in a charming, walkable area. We would certainly stay here again. '

'We were using this weekend away to relax with extended family and really enjoyed our stay. All of the furniture was comfortable, and house had everything we needed. There were toys that entertained our two-year-old, large TV's with sound systems that the teenagers loved and a pool that was clean and everyone enjoyed. Ryan was a great host and checked with us on a few different times to make sure everything was going well. '
