'A little older of a hotel, but an overall good place to stay.'

'We had a 2 bed room (I thought queen but seemed more like double). It was shockingly small- to the point that even though there was a luggage rack, there was not one spot in the room where I could set it up and leave my suitcase. I tried to put my daughter's suitcase (closed, standing up) between the bed and the wall on her side and it didn't fit. I couldn't turn around without knocking things over. We had no curtains! 'Beautiful room, comfortable bed unique property!'

'The floors were dirty in the bathroom. Bed sheets had what appeared to be stains! Not sure the bedding/ linen was clean. Smelled like mold and so did I and my clothing! People smoking at entrance from the back resturant made me nauseated.and it followed you into the building. Very run down and old!'

'Great location, lots of history and character, and we enjoyed our stay overall. We had a room in the carriage house, and had a few issues with the TV not working, and the upstairs neighbor arriving and making plenty of noise at 1-2am, but the beds are comfy and the restaurant is excellent!'

'We usually choose to stay here for the convenient location, but this experience was poor compared to past visits. The tv in our room did not work and we were told there was nothing they could do about it. Online and at check in, we were told parking was $10/day to leave our vehicle. At checkout, they told us $20/day.'

'Een basis verblijf, niet luxe of zo, maar alles was netjes en schoon. De ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid, maar was oké. '

'Smelliest Hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Even motels in the middle of nowhere smelled better. It smelled like a wet dog has barfed and ate thay barf then barfed again and rolled in it then rolled all over the hotel. The staff is great but that smell is horrific it wasn’t just the hallways it was the rooms as well if it wasn’t midnight when I checked in i’d have left but it was already late and I was beat.'

'Loved our stay and plan to stay again next time we visit. The room (suite garden view) was spacious, bright, very comfortable. We loved the snack/coffee bar on each floor, for grabbing and going and little treats at night to come back to, a very nice touch. Location is 10/10 and so walkable, overall a wonderful stay. Only hiccup I would say is the hefty daily amenity fee plus we were paying valet (about 45/day) which adds up! Otherwise a great value overall.'
